WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

It's sorta Joss's MO

He starts off bright and cheery and sorta Disney ish in the we can succeed against all evil and we can be witty in the process to boot philosophy

Then he loves to get dark and depressing and put his characters through the wringer in his follow ups

I have a feeling that the woman disrobing might have more to do with Wakanda than death herself.

^^Yeah its weird how they have a connection to the last hulk movie but there really isn't anything that's been mentioned about that movie minus that one-shot.

Yeah, it's wierd. IM1 is seen as the start of the MCU, but technically TIH is. It wasn't even a bad movie by any means.

I must say, I hated the chick who played Betty though.

Only thing is him mentioning the last time he was in New York he broke it

I think it's because of the new actor playing Banner?

That'd be my best guess. I couldn't remember the 2008 TIH movie at all...I know it exists but I don't remember a single scene from it.

IH is part of the MCU. It's just never mentioned. Not sure what you guys are saying.

The Hulk is the movie that was dropped entirely from the MCU if it ever was a part of it. TIH takes place right after it too.

The Incredible Hulk movie was easily the worst performing of the MCU movies at the box office so it makes sense why they'd put as much distance as possible from it.

Nobody says TIH isn't apart of the MCU. We've just said it's wierd how it's never brought up. Not sure what you are saying.

Twas a different time. Doubt that has anything to do with it. Especially seeing how The Hulk is way more popular now than he was then.
