After reading through in recent days some of Spider Verse, Edge of Spider Verse, the whole Superior run, I just realized how much Sony really mucked it up

Glad it's in Marvel's hands now.. Well, sorta in Marvel's hands

Hopefully one day. Spidey stans would commit mass suicide. Dude who ended ASM 700 with Doc Ock taking over Peter's body got death threats. laugh.gif

imo Superior is the best spidey hands down.

Miles > Ock

I'll definitely tackle Miles, probably will focusing on running through the runaways next though.

What's his series called?

Im behind on miles but there is Ultimate Comics Spiderman and there is a new one called Miles Morales: Spiderman.

Dont quote me on the second one. That one is new.

Yeah Runaways is >>>>>>>>>>>> Especially the Brian K Vaughn run!

He first appeared in Ultimate Fallout, followed by Ultimate Comics: Spiderman, and now Miles Morales: Ultimate Spiderman.

I tried going through a whole bunch of story arcs on Marvel Unlimited but a whole bunch of issues wouldnt load so I couldn't completely finish a lot of them. Did you have the same problem?

^^ probably didn't have a strong wifi connection

Nah, I used it from my ipad and tried it on both lte and wifi. And it was certain issues that wouldn't load. Like Ill be in the middle of House of M and next thing you know the next couple of issues are not readable.

Yea, that website has a lot of problems. I just keep refreshing lol

I know it's not an Internet problem cuz my Internet is pretty fast. Plus I don't just go on that website at home, I use it at work too - same problem.

Just starting the Runaways now.

The run is longer than I expected... sheesh, that's a lot of issues to go through.

Looks good though.

I love this website

World is your oyster man. I say cop the app then go to Events and start with Civl War, House of M, infinity Gauntlet, etc.

Just start with your favorite character. I'd avoid Cap and IM though.

I might have to subscribe again. I had it back when it first came out. Back then they had some incomplete stories. They'd randomly not have the last 2 comics in some arcs for examples

If you want events
House of M
Civil War - but even though the concept is good i didnt think it was particularly well written and the ending was okay at best
The Thanos Quest
Infinity Gauntlet
The Messiah Complex trilogy (Messiah War, Messiah Complex, Second Coming)
Avengers Vs X-Men

If you dont want events
X-Force Vol. 3
Uncanny X-Force Vol. 1
Cable Vol. 3
Superior Spiderman

Superior Spider-Man was really good. The ending is great too.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Don't be mad cause they "killed" Peter.

Lol that 'spoiler'

For real though, the ending should not be changed at all if ever brought over to the movies

The guy who penned the runaways comics is the same guy who penned IM3?

Suddenly I don't feel like continuing with this

Wait. Brian K. Vaughn wrote the screenplay for IM3? laugh.gif

I didn't know that.

That's funny cuz it's one thing I keep hearing about that movie is the director kept letting the whole cast ad lib in every other scene.

Eh, you can't always bat 1.000. Son is a great writer though.
