stark's genius almost destroys the world when he creates ultron, stark's genius kills his peers when he makes robot thor. both villains in his first two movies are directly cause by him being iron man. cap is a force of good that has already overthrown hydra (which would have taken over the world if there was no cap) twice already

I mean that's how I saw it. The government wants to know who's out there. They'll be more like soldiers instead of vigilantes under the legislation.

It's exactly what the mutant registration act was in the X-Men comics.

There's mutants all over America (and the world) with all types of dangerous powers and they get activated around puberty at any moment which put regular humans in harms way so blah blah we need to know everyone who is a mutant.

Only difference here sounds like they're subbing out mutant for anyone who chooses to be a superhero or has superhuman abilities and chooses to be a hero.

well he was the one who let robot thor out the box, pretty sure hes the reason for ultron in the upcoming movie. he got so power hungry that he arrested half the heros in america while teaming up with villains.

Tony has the better super power but he is still a lame. He's such a lame that they drastically changed his character in the movies to make him watchable.

That's the writers problems. Doesn't stop him from being a billionaire, play....eh you know the rest.

steve rogers is everything you want in a super hero, stark is just a smart but spoiled child

Let Steve be found by a shadier guy and all that would've happened is they would've drew his blood to make their own super soldiers and used his head as big ice cube.

The Hulk would smash Steve's heart while Tony's smarts would at least find a way for him to escape a smashing.

Not in the MCU.

Steve's idea of strategy is crashing in to the Arctic sea without any escape plan. Steve's assumed great strategic mind is letting Bucky fall off a train. Steve's strategies had him doing show tunes for most of WW2 while the real soldiers fought in it.

Son literally had one mission the entire war and couldn't even make it out after doing it.

sure peter parker is smart, he would have probably gone to harvard and helped start up facebook if he didnt get bit by a spider. still would be a regular dude though

guess you didnt watch the montage of cap leading his team in and out of battle after battle, and after all the fighting they take down hydra while only losing one member of the team. 

cap is busy training to get better after saving NY while mental ****** tony stark locks himself up in his basement making suits out of card board

Iron Stark was trapped with minimal tech and used his genius to free himself, eventually saving America from ALIEN goons headed by an Asgardian God who was employed by a mad man named Thanos.

Dude is a character you laugh at, not with. He's only popular because it is fascinating that someone cant get his act together even with genius intellect. Also Marvel does prioritize him.

Superior Spidey will always be the best Spidey.

He's good becauase he's essentially a normal person trapped in a not so normal world. The fact that he turned one tragedy in his life and molded his identity after it when he could've easily went the other route and killed the guy, and the fact that he goes through all these terrible things and manages to smile after it and go on about his mission and not have a permanent frown on his face like Batman  is what makes him great. He's definitely not a character to laugh at. You prolly jus got the sense of humor of a wet rock B.

Nobody arguing that. Had his parents been broke, he wouldn't have had the opportunity to flee his mansion and come back with it freshly dusted as if he never left to become an assassin.
