Yeah I thought that it was a throwaway death too. Especially considering how well he was used in EMH. Dude was perfect for the role as well :smh:
 
That's a crazy schedule. Do they get paid for both films or does this count as one on their contract?

I was never able to find out the official answer to this but Grace Randolph said it might be their way to shoot two movies but consider it 1 movie on their contract due to a technicality.

For instance Cap & Thor had a 6 movie contract. Which means they would only be available for one of the infinity war movies unless they extended their contract.

I personally believe they extended their contract tho.

Yeah, it has to be considered one film, because I don't believe Evans extended his. He made it clear that he wants to take a break. Hemsworth ain't got nothing to do though. That'll be cold though, if they only get paid for one.
 
IMO, i think Thanos will have atleast another villain in IW1 and 2.


Does he have "friends"?

In a recent interview he said he'd extend if Marvel gave him a call and that his words were "Taken out of context"

Translation: "Now that people like Cap I want to stay. I did not want to be two poorly written comic book characters in a row"

Even tho I really liked Cap 1

He won't. They said it's essentially two separate films, so I don't think he'll be in the first film much. Of course he may bring some ultra powered chitauri or some other powered beings, but I just don't see him bringing down any second tier well known villains. The first film may have some other threat all together.

What was his assistant's name that Ronan murked? He seemed amused by it which I found funny.

I watched Avengers again last night and I didn't understand the real meaning of what his assistant said to him at the end of the movie before. Now that i've read about Thanos, him being told that challenging the Avengers would be courting Death I now know that he sees Death in the form of a female and wants the yambs.
 
Also it aint just him who sees death as a female. Death IS a female. But he is crazy so he talks to death, thinking she is right beside him, even when she aint there.

Too bad they can't put deadpool in one of the movies, seeing Thanos get friendzoned because of him would be entertaining.

Looks like a group of Independent filmmakers have meticulously created a solid lookbook for Marvel's first anti-hero. After some poking around, I found that they've released (what looks to be) all of their promo images and a story/concept for Namor.


They have a website up and running titled "Project Bluefish" that includes poster art, some BTS pics and info on their planned trilogy if it gets green lit! The about page includes mini bios; the Director has worked as a consultant on X-Men DOFP, the make up artist/costume designer worked on Tron: Legacy, MOS and is the son of the legendary Bernie Wrightson (co-creator of Swamp Thing) while the writer/actor has had stints on BET and tons of indie productions. They don't have any social media happening which makes me think maybe they're not exactly public with this yet, but the website is obviously not password protected and there's a press release on Newswire that says otherwise. I've reached out to them and am hoping to get some more insight on their project and what exactly it is they're doing.
