WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

As long as the next spidey either speeds through orgin or doesnt have it at all ill be fine. They dont really need to re introduce spidey. Maybe a light refresher possibly. .

I believe they confirmed that it will be a reboot but not an origin film. So they'll probably just flashback to Uncle Ben dying or something.

Im fine with that. I was interested to see mechanical rhino tho

Amazing spidey 3 had potential

Happy that Holland has a lot of diverse roles coming up after being announced as Spidey. Everything sounds interesting too

I think his introduction will be in Civil War. I'd like to believe Marvel is aware that they don't want to start Spider-Man from the beginning. AGAIN.

Not to jump on people for not paying attention to this thread constantly or all the news in general but, THIS SPIDEY SOLO FILM WILL NOT BE AN ORIGIN. MARVEL HAS MADE THAT CLEAR

I'm not sure. Strange that it hasn't been mentioned much in this thread.

I think if Marvel plays their cards right they won't make an origin movie this time around. Then again an origin might work with Holland and Tomei (who, incidentally, came on to me back when I was on vacay in Vegas. My girl was with me so I had to fall back)

Yea bros. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Makes sense it won't be origin movie since he will have already been introduced in Civil War.

Just thinking too, might be a stretch but any chance you think we might see Uncle Ben die in Civil War? Perhaps being used as the usual reason for him to become a superhero but also to sign up with Tony. Or perhaps he ends up dead in collateral damage of some sort, and the great power/responsibility death speech causes him to switch sides and fight for whats "right". First version probably unnecessary to include in film since been done multiple times, second version could work though.

Marvel’s Mockingbird Series Starring Adrianne Palicki Lands ABC Pilot Order

Despite putting a halt on the “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” spinoff, which was proposed earlier this year, ABC is closing in on a deal to order a pilot for a project centered around Mockingbird, Variety has learned exclusively.

Titled “Marvel’s Most Wanted,” the drama will focus on popular “SHIELD” characters Adrianne Palicki‘s Bobbi Morse (also known as Mockingbird) and Nick Blood’s Lance Hunter. The two actors will topline the pilot and prospective series.

Insiders say the series is not a spinoff, per se, but rather an entirely new project solely focused on the two characters to continue their story. Though plot details are scarce at this point, “Marvel’s Most Wanted” will follow the pair and their adventures together.

Lol, they would probably love to have Renner as a regular. But it's not that simple.

Yep, it's finally official. Marvel thinks they can do whatever the **** they want. I gave Ant-Man and Agent Carter the benefit of the doubt, but this solidifies it.
