Apparently this is the Euro trailer (April Release instead of May)

doesn't mean we won't get the exact same one though

She is being introduced in the show this season. So it really depends how long Coulson will stay in hiding and who will be with him when he reveals he aint dead. But even then I doubt they wouldn't have a big role.

The movie starts with them Raiding the lair of Baron Von Strucker. Quick and Scarlet fight on his side at that point. Baron Von Strucker is not anywhere else in the movie after he is dealt with according to rumors. IDK where ultron fits and I know it doesnt answer your question but if I had to guess with that info, then yes.

Got to admit, I am very excited but Ultron looks very Transformer-ish in motion. Hope that isn't his final form.
