,great actor. I would've loved to see Joaquins take but this is still a solid choice imo.
 
As much as I love Joaquin as an actor and felt like he would do an incredible job, I just never really thought he was really going to do it. He just never came across as the type to sign a multiple blockbuster film deal. Cumberbatch is a great choice and I can't wait to see his interpretation
 
I hope they don't dwell on the origin.

Dr strange has one of the coolest costume desings tat probabaly wont work on film, wonder how they change it.

IDK. Benedict will no doubt give a great performance. He just doesn't have the look.

The same way they change Scarlets and Quicks. Make normal clothes that people wear but inspired by the costume.
 
Does it really matter what he looks like? he's close enough.

The reality is who ever they cast was going to 99% of the audience first exposure to doctor strange
 
I agree with Cumberbatch looking more like Dr. Strange.

I seen that image a hundred times and still never noticed that was the eye.

As a sherlock fan I am mad that this would mean no Series 4 until 2017 and no series 5 until 2026 :smh: And they just pushed it back a year too. :x

Since he was mentioned in Cap 2, I hope that means they skip the origin story. Or maybe just do flashbacks.

They'll probably have a few actors on stage or theater for some Q&A and then maybe announce the rest of their film slate to fill out the date scheduled they revealed.

Maybe have Cumberbatch come out and confirm being Doc Strange and who will play Black Panther?


The Garfield comes out swinging in to the stage announcing his involvement in Civil War and then Lame gets a heart attack.
