All these reviews saying "it's not as fun" "it's too dark" are fine with me. Empire is not as fun as A New Hope but it's certainly a better film. It's nice that Whedon didn't make the same film twice.
 
Lol, it's OK to become a little darker but I hope Whedon didn't suck all the joy out of watching superhero movies in the sequel.
 
If someone is saying hawkeye has the best line of the series, what is currently the best line someone has had?

An exhausted Joss Whedon was putting the finishing touches on Avengers: Age of Ultron just a few weeks ago when he spoke with Entertainment Weekly for their current magazine issue. And among things they discussed was the fact that he will not be directing nor writing the third and fourth installments, Avengers: Infinity War - Part I and Part II. “Every movie I have ever made has been an ensemble piece of increasingly enormous proportions,” Joss Whedon told EW while sitting next to Marvel Sudios honcho Kevin Feige. “That many balls in the air, it’s only going to get bigger with Infinity War. I’m not going to be able to give it what I would need to. It’s a young man’s game.”

While doing an impression of Al Pacino in The Godfather, Kevin Feige said to Whedon, “Just when you think you’re out, you get pulled back in.” Which prompted the Age of Ultron director to point his finger at the Marvel producer, and quip: “That’s the other reason I’m not making a third one.”

I always thought he was pretty strong. I was surprised to see how low he was on that marvel character strength level breakdown someone posted a few weeks back. Also surprised to see how high Spiderman's strength was. I wonder if TWS could move the hammer a little with his metal arm. Want to see that guy in a movie again soon.
 
I'm hoping that falcon, war machine, and heimdall have a scene together and give each other daps cause they're brothers

Best line from avengers 1 was cap telling hulk "hulk...smash!"

My vote is Cap's line, it was along the lines of "I only believe in one god, ma'am, and I don't think he dressed like that"

My other favorites that hasn't been mentioned yet

Fury's: "Ant, meet boot." In reference to a line Loki said earlier about, "A boot doesn't have any quarrel with an ant."

Pepper's "I'm only having 20 percent of the moment." In reference to Tony saying Pepper only owns 20 percent of the building.

Cap's "I understood that reference."

Thor's: "Bilge snipe? You don't have one of those?"

Coulson: "I was watching you...while you were sleeping."

Has anyone mentioned "We have a Hulk."

Just realized these are all jokey lines. Can't think of a dramatic line that sticks out.

Loki definitely has the best speech/monologue/whatever you call it

Can't forget Cap when him black widow and Hawkeye were walking to the jet and some dude got up to try and say something and Cap said

"Son...just don't"

That gave me mad lols
 
So the IW movies are going to get the Cap 2 writers

Idk... Whenever there was a joke in Cap 2 it wasn't that funny
