Right, you originally brought up the fact that if Stark didn't butt in, he would've brought Loki home. Loki was in handcuffs after their scuffle, why couldn't Odinson take him back then?

I watched the movie, and saw my man Stark save the world

So it would've happened whether or not Iron Man played a part in his capture. It's not cuz SHIELD captured Loki it's cuz Loki wanted to be captured. To try to put Loki having a plan to attack SHIELD and get the scepter on Stark is ridiculous.
