WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Mysterio would be great. That'll be a trippy *** movie. Having Spiderman see all sorts of crazy ****.

have chameleon be a minor villain in the first (just have spidey defeat him in like the first 20 minutes ) then have him bring Kraven to NY for the sequel

they're brothers or something, right?

i thought about them adapting Kraven's last hunt but remembered how weird that story gets and how it ends (Kraven blows his brains out)

If anyone should be taken off right out the bat and thrown in the garbage its Vulture. Dude was just annoying. No redeeming quality about him. I dont even remember who Chameleon is. Googled him and my mind is still drawing a blank.

Chameleon is the first spiderman villian. Shapeshifting. No way he shows up unless he's one of those alien races that can shapeshift.

Honestly as long as its not Norman Osborn i'll be satisfied, but they have a large and unique group of villains to pick from.

Morbius, anyone? I remembered the Spiderverse storyline and I instantly thought he'd make a good villain for the reboot. My opinion though.

Does anyone here own a 3.75 inch Marvel action figure? Contemplating to buy one of those next month.

Doesn't have to shapeshift, just change his appearance, they already showed the tech with Black Widow so that is a way to connect the two worlds.

Well, if its just accepted high-tech he wouldn't be a great villain.

Somehow he's got to have a one-off thing like the ant-man suit, the last falcon jetpack, the ironman/warmachine suit, etc etc. Not something any run of the mill shield agent has

Eh, they can make him the originator or maybe even a former Shield Agent? They could show him using the old school tech like from Mission Impossible, in the end it is about the story and not how cool or unique the tech is, he could just be the best at it ever.

When I asked “If Captain America: The Winter Solider was a conspiracy thriller, and Ant-Man is a heist film, what kind of movie will the new Spider-Man be?” Marvel Studios co-president and producer Kevin Feige responded:

Spider-Man will be a “John Hughes” movie.

chloe moretz for black cat would be
pimp.gif

they're probably gonna get someone like Sandra Bullock for Aunt May
laugh.gif
Chloe would OWN all the movies. How about Chloe for Gwen, and we get SpiderGwen with Chloe. Those KickAss movies will come in handy for that. Oh well I can dream

John Hughes? Who the eff is that lol

 he directed a lot of the 80's teen comedy, Weird Science, National Lampoon Vacation, Ferries Bueller Day off and Home Alone. Also some very popular teen flicks back then like the Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink.

Known for his work on teen movies such as breakfast club, Ferris Bueller

Well, they did cast a young actor so it makes sense. Cant wait for Ant-Man to get here and keep the MCU rolling. Spidey will be a fresh set of eyes and maybe a pathway to Inhumans crossover with AOS.

If I am being honest, I really am not too excited with another teen Spidey anymore and making it more teen/comedy oriented just makes my expectations lower even if Marvel is assisting in it's creation. Will wait til I see something from them but I could already imagine the cringeworthy jokes on the teasers/trailers.

and? don't remember it being mentioned in this thread & /Film just posted an article about it today... Just posting stuff so people have an idea of what to expect

Feige also called the GOTG sequel "Guardians of The Galaxy vol. 2" in An interview with Collider, some sites are taking this as the confirmed title lol but it could of just been a simply slip of the tongue

And the 2nd post credits scene at the end of Ant-Man is actual footage from Civil War. Feige decided to add it after reviewing the dailies.

I'd only accept one teenage spider film honestly. I'm ready for them to put him in college and let him move on. Like honestly, in the comics he hasn't been in high school for years now. It's akin to only setting a Superman film in Smallville.

Surprised this fan made title sequence (would be a dope outro) hasn't been posted yet.
