WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Any link on the alleged 'weeks of reshoots'

Tried looking it up out of boredom. Couldn't find anything.
I'm beginning to think that Marvel is shooting for a multi-team movie on the low involving the Avengers, Guardians, Inhumans, and whatever other team might pop up in the near future. They're just not saying anything because they don't know how Inhumans is going to go, and they don't know how their other projects are going to go.

I never heard much of the inhumans I'm gonna look that up
You got the A2, inhumans, fantastic 4(hopefully done right), New hulk solo (hopefullyor planet hulk), X-Men the list goes on

Marvel is gonna have the super hero movies on lock idk how DC is gonna get a foot in the door

I think it's a given right now that all roads will lead up to Thanos vs everybody in Avengers 3. The hype for that will definitely send a signal to other lifeforms in the universe if they don't already know about us by now

Man I'm so ready for this movie I wish they would release it sooner since they are finished.

I was reading a possible spoiler earlier and wondered something.
Does anything think the avengers will link up with the guardians for phase 3?
I believe inhumans, guardians, and avengers will be there for Avengers 3

Oh, they will never say anything specific on what need to be re-shot. There might be rumors when some see set pics and who is actually going to be doing reshoots but you will not get a solid info on what they are actually shooting especially coming from Marvel.

Idk, I remember for Brad Pitt's zombie movie they were pretty specific about the last 45 minutes needing to be re-shot

But I will agree that Marvel's secrecy standards are at another level

Well that is different, it's based on a book and the ending isn't exactly a secret. You can google the ending of the book and know what will happen. Plus that film was just filled with problems from the start iirc and was it the studio that specifically announced what they were shooting or was it just some leaked info? I just remember problems with that film, with the director quitting or something, no? I am not sure of the details.

AoU has been pretty problem free for the most part so reshoots are just to clean something up or maybe the playback showed something Whedon didn't like. Likely not a whole scene. Also, I think they pretty much shoot the end credit scenes later on and at times even after the film has been done and ready for showing already. So who knows but yeah if trying to get details on the films plot is what you are looking for, it likely won't happen.

There's been two Wolverine movies already so a Wolverine 2 in the timeline would be inaccurate

And RFX, I think the studio was pretty forthcoming about the re-shoots, but you're right. I forgot the whole movie was based on a book.

Origins doesn't count anymore according to FOX besides it was called X-Men Origins: Wolverine while the recent one was just called The Wolverine. Different titling so it gets it's own sequel.

The 2 wolverine movies just need to be forgotten, along with xmen 3.

Fox should official just say they were dream sequences.

Inb4

"Was that a joke. I can't tell.......?? :nerd:"

They already did that with DoFP. No other films exist after DoFP, even The Wolverine that came out just a year ago.

I wish fox would give the xmen and fantastic four rights back to marvel. The cinematic that marvel has established so far has been good but it'll never be right without them. Prof X and Reed Richards are major players in Marvel

 More bad jokes and apparently you ignored the in universe new continuity cuz of DofP

Fox considers The Wolveine a success. It directly ties in to DofP cuz of the end credits. No reason for them to ditch it in their minds. They think they're turning a corner. I think the same writer and director are still attached. So while it's in the new timeline expect more of the same.

Even if the Wolverines ending tie in with DoFP, that is still the past and part of the past that they nullified.

I'm not saying the new Wolverine will be different but I don't think the next one will continue from where they left off in The Wolverine. I'm really not sure where they are at with it, I think the director is still the same along with Jackman to be released in 2017 but outside of that, no other stories or plots have been revealed.

Prof X hasn't been a big player for like 16 years really and now he's dead. Marvel would want Wolverine more than anything.

If Fox made better movies everything would be just the way Marvel wants it. They get to make money off these movies and by and large release more superhero movies than anybody else.

Is some other studio was making X-Men and F4 movies I bet Marvel would be a bit happier about the situation cuz I think regardless Feige likes the challenge and wants to develop these other Marvel properties. He took on the challenge of making Iron Man, Thor, and Cap good franchises so no surprise he wants to dust Dr. Strange off so it can get it's full potential and revamp Inhumans. Add in what was just done with GotG and I'm sure Marvel is no longer crying for SONY and FOX to give back the rights as soon as possible.

I bet you the Fantastic Four probably has a lot to do with the bad blood between Marvel and Fox.

They probably figured they couldn't begrudge Fox the x-men franchise because at least they've been doing something with the X-Men. Not so much with FF. They've literally been sitting on the franchise for 7 years.

Man, if Marvel had FF... they'd have the Kree, Galactus, the Silver Surfer, Doctor Doom. :smh:

I don't even care about the actual Fantastic four ppl.

Honestly, as much as I bash the xmen series X2 is still better than the majority (maybe a little less than majority) of the marvel films.
