He's actually been lifting for years now... Fantastic four came out in 2005, and he wasn't huge or anything but he had a good physique.. it's been 10 years now..not out the realm of possiblilty he's gained weight because 1 being rich and can afford the right foods. 2. being rich and can afford a chef. 3. being rich and can afford a great trainer. 4. being rich and having nothing better to do but to train for a movie

With that said, I don't think Evans is one of them. He's still Relatively young and his frame hasn't really increased like some of these dudes have. Plus you don't hear those wild workout stories that come out around the release of the film, talking about how he has 2 weight lifting sessions a day, 7 days a week & one hour a piece

In regards to the hgh talk, it's cool that some actors are willing to go that extra step to physically be ready for a role but injecting stuff into your body is a little crazy even if it is being monitored by people who know what they're doing.
