There was another time he was offered other than the brief time he wore the suit after Civil war?

I don't have any hate for any of these characters, but MCU wise Falcon, Black Widow and Hawkeye are in the same tier imo, somewhat above current strength of Daredevil.

You guys were talking about Cap Marvel being Kamala and Pinto being cast for it but she might be too old, what about Nina Dobrev? Was going to suggest Emmanuelle Chriqui but I think she might be too old too, Nina is like her younger doppelganger so i think she could work to play someone in maybe her late teens?

So what if he was offered to be Cap?

Falcon is Cap now in the comics and that's after he passed on the mantle the last time he was offered it after being Cap for a short stint decades ago, TWS was Cap, Captain Britain was considered to be Cap. A few others were considered as well.

Hawkeye aint ****

I just watched part of Thor yesterday. Hawkeye is lame.

Lets not pretend being offered the Captain America mantle means anything if you don't got super powers or super steroids running through your veins.

But hawkeye atleast has the h2h combat skills along with experience time on the field.
And hes a marksman incase he needs to use that bow and arrow or gun.

Hawkeye is no super soldier but lets not act like hes a slouch.

It really is just a running gag since A1 when it comes to Hawkeye so you really do not need to take it too seriously, but to be fair, even he admitted it himself in AoU that he is just a man with a bow and arrow.
