You also got to keep in mind that most of these are based on the MCU. Just because they performed that feat in the pages of the comics doesn't mean they are also capable of it in the MCU. Different worlds.

Other than teenage superheroes, everybody has h2h combat skills and experience in the field; Cap, War Machine, Hawkeye, BW, Falcon, Thor, etc. BP and CM will have it as well. The only ones that don't are IM, Vision, SW, and Hulk and they don't need it for obvious reasons.
If we wanted to get technical about it back when ppl were ranking the the normal humans, James Rhodes has the most experience and a war time record while BW skills and specialities leaned more to espionage. While Hawkeye is like that guy that refuses to put his bow and arrow down and pick up a sniper rifle.
He's definitely not her equal.

I met Nina Dorbrev a couple months ago and she was sloppy drunk with her friend and kept grabbing on my beard saying how soft it was. But hawkeye is still trash. Female hawkeye is better than him.

Should be added that Renner is a pretty dislikable actor so he always comes off like a bit of **** no matter what movie he's in

Yo when writer's make superior heroes in a certain category say **** like that it wreaks of fanfic fan appealing.
It's one thing for a comic to have Superman say Batman is the most dangerous hero he knows or that Martian Manhunter is the 2nd most powerful hero he's ever faced but when it gets to stuff like Iron Fist the best martial artist with powers (next to Shang Chi) propping up Hawkeye it rings so false.
Hawkeye had h2h training from Cap. That means Cap is even more superior. Not to mention Nick Fury who is on the same level.
