WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Damn, I honestly didn't think they wouldn't be able to top Cap 2, but this has the potential to be :smokin Thank goodness there's none of Cap's other D-list villains forced in there.

That plot sounds more like Iron Man would be the rebel and Cap being the one following orders etc

I could see that happening considering what each one went through in their last solo movies and what I'm sure will happen in Age of Ultron.

On that note, I feel happy that Batman vs. Superman moved up their release date because WB would've been ether'd

I haven't read Civil War yet, but how are they going to do this with so few heros out there? I'm nervous about this. Marvel may be moving into this too soon.

it doesnt have to be a full out war with hundreds of heroes but it can be some huge moral disagreement between tony and steve which forces the heroes we do have to take sides

for people that have read the civil war comics, sucks that they wont be able to have that punisher moment on screen

I'm not expecting that many, but there's needs to be more that hasn't been established. I understand the basic premise of the story is about superhero registration and secret identities. But there aren't many secret identities out there. Except for Daredevil if they're connected with this. I shouldn't have said nervous because I just red something that gave some interesting scenarios, like maybe Cap won't die, but just giving up the mantle, but I have a bunch of concerns still. Can't believe Marvel got me excited for movies two years from now, and I haven't even seen A2

I obviously don't know the moment, but Marvel does own the rights to the Punisher now.

it doesnt need to be registration like in the comics, they can come up with anything to divide the heroes

hopefully its an empire strikes back status ending where all seems lost and it all seems hopeless as thanos looms in the background

I may be looking at it the wrong way. I figure this Civil War thing will span over a few movies.

yeah, in the comics there was somewhat a resolution (i wont spoil it for you) but after the major event the aftermath of civil war spread throughout all of the solo comic series, heroes are still divided

also if you do end up reading it i highly recommend the cap america series that follows after it
