WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

After catching up on this thread, it seems the only rumors that have not yet been confirmed is a Planet Hulk and Spiderman crossing over

Legit surprised there's going to be a Captain Marvel solo movie.

Good day for Marvel heads.

Man the amount of dope movies coming out from both Marvel and DC between now and 2020 is overwhelming me right now...

After Avengers: AOU and Cap: CW, hopefully Thor loses hope for Earth and returns to Asgard for the whole film in Thor 3. They need to make a great Thor film already
Yeah. I hope this 3rd Thor is the best of both worlds. I don't like the comic versions of most of these guys but Marvel studios managed to make me like Iron Man and like a Cap movie. So with Thor having the most potential out of all of them it's been a bit disappointing we haven't had a truly great Thor film yet.
is there any loophole that marvel can get x-men from fox or share them ??
No loopholes. Only if Fox wants to share and that's if Disney wants to make a deal for what they feel they should own out right and go through all the red tape.
I'm glad Marvel is planning for the futurel. As far as 2028, if that's true. Because they're seriously gonna have to have a lot of discussions on how they're going to top all this.
Well there's Secret Wars, Atlantis Attacks, Annihilation, Secret Invasion, etc.

Does somebody have a picture yet of DC and Marvel's timelines together

So if I'm getting this straight, we're going to get 6 movies a year between the two of them for 3 years

Dear god

Just realized the two movies between Infinity Wars titles are CapMarv and Inhumans. We could be getting a year straight of cosmic universe!

Does anyone else think the comic book movie bubble could burst?
I mean were getting too many movies & shows now, will people get tired of them. Is it just a trend?
Were talking over saturating the market now
I have this fear for the last couple years

Have other genres died out? Only one I can think of are westerns.

Im not saying theyre gonna die out. Im just saying the ticket sales down the road might not be as impressive as they have been. Causing the studios to either stop making them or drastically cut back the budgets
Casual fans could get tired of too many comic book movies on a yearly basis

I watched the reveal video. Did I miss something? Looked like the crowd was screaming before the words Captain Marvel came on screen

Take the Incredible Hulk for example. I would go on to say the majority of those who saw The Incredible Hulk were already comic fans, with some old school Hulk fans sprinkled in. That was before the hype, and that film itself saw $300 million. These films, even if they lose a significant portion of casual fans, would continue to make bank. Also consider overseas sales.
