Actually, it'd be easy to schedule a movie between parts 1 and 2...itd because great place for a planet hulk, which would end with Hulk showing up during the Thanos fight... GoG 3 where they're on they're way to Earth... Or BP, AntMan, anyone fighting Thanos army in a different part, sort Avengers 3 part 1.5...

None was given, but she seems to be coming up on her own. She been in a movie every year since 2007 I think. Grand Budapest might be her big break anyway.

The top choices in here are Emily Blunt, Rachel McAdams, Margot Robbie who can all act. Most of the lesser named actors can act as well.

I really hope they don't let him lift the hammer until Infinity War. It deserves to be one of the biggest monumental moments in the entire Marvel movie-verse next to that pan around shot of the team in the first Avengers.
