WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

not a fan of the two guy Ritchie films?

I didnt like em. The first one was okay but I would be content with never seeing that movie again.

but episodes 2.1 and 3.3 of Sherlock had me with tears streaming gently down my left cheek from coming to the realization that I will never see anything on TV as good as those two episodes. NEVER. Not to mention they are other really good episodes like 1.1, 1.3, and 2.3.

The ONLY bad episode of Sherlock so far is 1.2 (the one with the asian smugglers). Sherlock puts the Guy Ritchie movies to shame.

I only watched each of Downey's Sherlock Holmes movie once. It wasn't bad. I think I liked the first movie better.

I watched a couple episodes of Cumberbatch's Sherlock on a plane ride. It was OK, never tried to watch it again when I got back to the states.

They got to be able to work a Sherlock scene into the Avengers one day though just for the Lols

Sherlock is one of my favorite shows right now. Sucks that with Cumberbatch and Freeman getting more famous, each season is like 2 years apart. It is the worst tease ever. 3 weeks of solid television and then bam see you in a couple years. :smh:

Episodes 2.1, 2.3, and 3.3 are fantastic though.

I've professed my love for 2.1 a few times. Irene Adler, all day every day any way. After watching the episode I felt like my mind was effed so hard, like if my avy sat on my face for hours kinda mind eff.

3.3 was also damn amazing. The reveal in that episode was great.

Andrew Scott (Moriarty) is gonna be on that level too. He's one of the Spectre villains now. They basically confirmed Moriarty as the main villain of the season in 3.3.

Season 4 was pushed Jan a while back. Now it's pushed to jan 2016. That was before we found out about Cumberbatch as Strange and Scott in Spectre.

When was S4 confirmed to even have a year until a few days ago?

Filming for a one episode special is happening in January and will premier later in 2015.

A few days ago? bruh they been goin on about it for a while. I google Sherlock updates at least monthly. Hell Cumberbatch even said at one point to expect Sherlock in 2015 in an interview on a talk show on the BBC.

There is a christmas special at the end of the year next year but the three episodes of the regular season is not till Jan 2016. Assuming they are on schedule.

Martin Freeman shot Sherlock while filming The Hobbit so I am sure Cumberbatch can find time. No way in hell they cancel Sherlock despite the cast's fame.

^ I'm pretty sure Ditko knows way more about what's happening in these films than the average fan.
No. Steve Ditko is a shut in that has long since retired that doesn't want many dealings with Marvel and isn't involved with what is going on with the films. You looking real naive right now  When's the last time you even saw Ditko or heard a quote from him on Marvel or even comics in general? It's been that way for him for quite some time now. Be honest did you even know Ditko was even still alive before I mentioned him?

If you're gonna talk about this stuff you should at least be aware of what the actual creators say about this stuff. Ed Brubaker didn't even know Cap 2 was gonna be subtitled the Winter Soldier until they publicly announced it. Same goes for Starlin when Thanos was teased. Sometimes Marvel forgets about these guys a good deal and don't even give them free tickets to see the premiere.

And the fact that's Stan Lee is even explaining the background proceedings that have to go into Marvel getting all their characters in a film (even though allegedly he doesn't know what's going on :rolleyes) means that at the very least attempts have been made to get everyone on screen. What type of attempts and which characters, we don't know that yet.
Stan didn't say ANYTHING that we didn't already know though. Well except apparently you didn't know these things even though Feige has addressed them years ago.
The only true Sherlock is Cumberbatch.

But we can consider that show cancelled between Cumberbatch's who knows how many movie deal
Andrew Scott in Spectre
Freeman usually busy as well.
Don't you know how British tv operates? They do like 6 eps a season. That's like 2 weeks of work. They got all the time in the world to continue. Word to the new season of Sherlock coming. American movies aint gonna stop their grind.

How they found Danvers?

"I've met with the Marvel guy. It's a Marvel how things happen [Laughs]," Al Pacino tells Josh Horowitz on the latest instalment of his Happy Sad Confused podcast. "Yeah. I would imagine that either there's something he feels is right for me and if I feel-" and before he can finish his thought, the phone rings and Pacino jokes that it's Feige calling to stop him from saying anything more.

I'm convinced the whole celebs professing their interest in being in superhero films or being superheroes in any form (interviews, tweets, etc.) to the extent they detail exactly what they want (Chastain, Pacino, etc.) actually works and Feige is open to any actor he's a fan of.

I'm just waiting to see if somebody is actually gonna cast Tom Hanks in one of these movies

Elementary's Irene Adler and Moriarty reveal >>> Sherlock's Irene Adler and Moriarty.
I'm reading that Luther don't wanna be Heimdal anymore.
Kill him and finally do Elba some justice by bringing him back as a lead star.

I don't care if they have to bring back Blade or try and make Brother Voodoo a thing or even introduce Blue Marvel.

Woodley and Bloom also recently showed interest in a Marvel role.

I don't even think it's news, a bigger news if someone says they do not want to do a Marvel film.

Hell no. Turrible actress.

If Bloom is Orlando Bloom, then he is welcomed.

Of course ppl are gonna want to be apart of the best though. It's why I wonder what was Mr. Smith's problem with being Red Skull.
Tom Hanks as Kang could be :smokin
 I remember when he mentioned his interest jokingly saying he's waiting for the call wondering why he hasn't got it yet and I actually gave it thoguht and couldn't think of anyone he could fit but that could work.
is anyone keeping up with the axis storyline?

mostly garbage.

only highlight is magneto.
I wouldn't even go that far.

The whole thing has been uneventful for an even in it's execution. I'm just waiting to see how Brother Voodoo's resurrection is worked in to this and how things will change with who won't be re-inverted.

I guess he just didn't feel connected to the project or character? At least that is what it sounded like.

In a way you can kind of respect that to an extent, if he doesn't feel invested in it then he will just not gie 100% and the part might be wasted, he did call it meaningless to do the two hours of voicework for Transformers in exchange for a big bag of cash.

technically she was already supposed to be in a 'marvel' movie.. just not a 'marvel studios' movie

have to think she would fit in with the awkward anxiety filled stuff 500 days of summer dude likes

She specifically said "if it was Marvel [Studious]" this time around though meaning she doesn't want anything to do with Sony anymore?

“I would love to be in a superhero movie if it was Marvel,” she said. “Their movies are so much fun to watch. They take you on a ride. I love how they’re all interconnected.”
