WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Nice! Earlier than expected!

Really hope it's the usual Netflix release of the whole season than a weekly episode so I can knock em all out in one weekend.

I heard they will be released all at once like other Netflix series.

Daredevil coming out in April, nice...

Btw, enjoyed Agent Carter last night. Pretty fast paced and I enjoy the old school music.

Jarvis was funny. Only wish there was more Lyndsy Fonseca.

Speaking at The Winter 2015 TCA's, Netflix's Ted Sarandos shared a few new details about Netflix and Marvel shows. Here's a rundown of what he shared:

-Each Marvel Netflix series will be roughly one year apart; with the amount of time between each series ranging from 8 to 15 months. "We're not trying to hit a fall programming schedule or hit a grid number. We want to give them enough room and enough time to make a great show. I don't want to set up a rigid time table."

- The most intriguing news emerging would be the fact that each of the Marvel Netflix series are elligble for additional seasons. "They're all eligible to go into multiple seasons for sure, and [we] contemplate that they will."

-As far as what factors go into deciding what and how many of the series go into a second season, Sarandos stated that it depends on a number of factors. "Definitely in how well we are addressing both the Marvel fanbase but also the broader fanbase who may or may not ever get into one of these series because of their own preconceived notions. One thing we have [is] a really great history of [combining] the personalized merchandising and the subscription model that allows people to be a little more adventurous about what they watch. We may find that an audience way broader than the typical Marvel audience will try and fall in love with these shows and with the Marvel brand, and it will be universe-expanding for Marvel too."

There's no way it isn't all the eps as one like every other netflix show or original show.

The main reason Marvel chose to do this on netflix was because of that format. They were specifically praising that aspect of it. Makes no sense at all to do it any other way.

So unlike how DC treats the Arrow and Flash shows, the actors on these shows would be the movie actors also, should they ever make a cameo or something in the MCU?

Lol who complains. If there are any complaints it's that 13 hours from release there will be spoilers for every episode everywhere.

GotG just got nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay by the Writers Guild of America.

They are competing against Gone Girl, American Sniper, Imitation Game and Wild.

I think it's always been that way (or were always the plan) with Marvel.

That's why many are contemplating some of them could make an appearance in Civil War.

2 NT'rs are :smh: while reading that

Did they ever explain why they had a casting call for Peggy Carter for Age of Ultron despite Hayley being available, or was that a rumor?

Showed that daredevil to some co workers and one of the chicks we work with was like, "what's dared Evil?"

I don't really have that kind of time to binge watch these days, so release all 13 eps at once or every week, I don't care lol

^^Yes. If Luke Cage cameos in Avengers 3 it will be the same actor from the Netflix series... unless he pulls a Terrence Howard
