Well it is called Infinity War and so far any Marvel movie that had the same name or similar to a comic event or arc was still vastly different from the comic.
Death may or may not show up in the movie. Starlin had a lot of time to set up Thanos' relationship with Death. I know ppl have already tried casting her but Marvel could literally go with a skeleton in a black cloak and be done with it.

My guess is that Thor dies (goes to Hel) and sees Death there. Cue Thor: Ragnarok and the introduction of Death to the MCU

That shot of stark inside the larger helmet is inaccurate...at that moment he's supposed to be inside the MK43's helmet...the HulkBuster is a suit for a suit...is not just stark inside te larger suit..
