WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Can't Wanda just alter reality and bring back QS somehow?...maybe that's what they do...if I read correctly they are fairly young and still discovering their true powers, maybe she gets stronger as the film progresses, her brother catches the L and that pushes her powers to the point that she's steong enough to defeat Ultron and bring back her bro...idk...I'm just speculating....that TV spot is too dope and eventhough I don't like Renner, I love Hakweye in the animated series....dude is absolute beast and single handed saved the entire squad on multiple occasions....so cool it with the slander...lol

Why?

Not seeing it as far as how it'll play in to the villains making a move.

Also what do you have against clones?

It's a common comic book tool. Out of all the ppl Marvel is using in the movies there's only Spidey who has had a big things with clones. The rest had minor stories involving clones if they had them at all.

Thunderbolts showing up before establishing themselves as villains first would be an interesting take.

This way you can still kinda have villains fooling the heroes cuz even they won't recognize them.

Using clones is the cheapest way of creating drama, and it's just too powerful of a power.
I'm still not getting it.

You think because it's the cheapest way of creating drama that they'll be using that next? Like after Infinity Wars next big thing next?

Also I don't see how they're too powerful. They're just clones.

I think it'll be the next thing just because. I don't have evidence or anything. And they're too damn powerful. Anybody who can just change identities with no restrictions on that ability is just plain cheating.

Oh okay.

Wait what?

You can't just change your identity cuz you cloned yourself unless you also got shapeshifting powers (or are willing to get surgery).

To bring it to a practical example, Multiple Man's duplicates all look like him. They have no extra powers. Only upside is being in more place than once if you can control the clones and if you can there's also the advantage of being able to accomplish a whole lot more.

Bought tickets for April 30th. Not watching in 3-D, though....Didn't really see a big benefit when I watched the first one in 3D.

I can't wait!!

Dude's from Badass Digest have flat out said the QS thing is false..

it probably happens in Tony's vision of the future that SW gives him and not in the actual fight

My bad that's what I meant. Shapeshifters. I don't know why I got them confused. I just don't want a situation in which there's a end credit scene or something in which an avenger or **** even Fury turns out to be a shapeshifter or whatever.

Oh, so just like that epic fight in the Twilight finale, that never really happened?

(Yes, I watched Twilight)

Lets not forget the alien dragons

Fing Fang Foom :pimp:

Yeah but I was just talking MCU since in the comics they kinda already missed out on that chance.

To me it doesn't have to be a well known villain. Given they don't have the rights to their best ones it's time to start elevating the b-listers. Bring in Taskmaster, the Adaptoid, etc. Make the whole thing a big build up and a conspiracy that happened while they were fighting each other and this new group of villains or just one bad *** made their move

Have a feeling the next big things is going to be clone related :smh:

Villains capitalizing on Heroes fighting? Sounds like a job for

You could have them as registered heroes with iron man participating in fights then in a mid credit sequence reveal their intentions. It would be like that thunderbolts arc back when heroes reborn was going on I think.

Oooooh now that makes more sense.

Well I don't think they got the right to the Skrulls anyway and they're the most prominent shapeshifters in the MU that aren't mutants but if they include Ms. Marvel in to the MCU that'll be about it.

On the villain side of things I'm not even aware of that many with that power off hand. I can definitely see for the creating drama part there though. If they do use it it'll only really work the one time though. So like one movie. If anything we'd be more likely to see a shape****er show up on AOS.

Yeah that's what I was thinking of very similar.

Instead of fooling the ppl making them think new heroes have come to fill the spot of Avengers this time you're also fooling other heroes who know your true intentions.

It could definitely work. Especially since I don't see the MCU doing anything close to "wiping out" most of the heroes all at once.
