Does the daredevil in the new series have daredevils powers or is he regular guy?...,cause he seems to get his *** beat a lot..

Daredevil's only powers are his super senses

He's not supposed to have superhuman endurance, agility, strength.

The series makes it seem like he has superhuman healing though

Compared to all the other characters we have in the mcu so far, he appears very low tier. ej. Protracted one on one fights with henchmens

I'd welcome him over Hawkeye though

Yes but he had his powers. He just wasnt using them for crime fighting. Hell he was even training to fight as a kid but never actually fought until recently.
