I don't agree with Anna Kendrick slander at all. That's like my number one celebrity crush. Yea Yea I know, too petite. Not enough body. Her teeth. I no care. I'd be her indentured servant.

My expectations of Ant Man are much lower now than they were 6 months ago. Still very much interested of course given that it's a Marvel film, but it makes me wary that Marvel has been this low key with the advertising.

I know with GotG they were really pushing GotG on us. With Ant Man it's kinda like 'If you see it, good. If not, we don't care LOL'

Anna Kendrick is cute. Plus she likes Game Of Thrones.

The place where I live sucks. Only one small theater within a 30 minute drive and it's a small place with only 4-5 screens and what they show is limited. I have to drive 45-60 minutes to go to a decent place.
 
There used to be a bigger theater but it got closed down. Was the biggest piece of crap theater you'll ever see. Extremely run down and outdated. People called it murderplex because I think there were a few attacks in the parking lot.

if they have a scene where he goes to the derek zoolander center for kids who cant read good it would make it a top 3 marvel movie regardless of anything else that happens

if you dont make that joke theres really no point in making an antman movie 
 
Anna Kendricks adorable but every time I see her posted I just can't forget someone on NT saying she looks like she doesn't shower. :lol:

She's been losing weight though and I liked her better when she was more bosomy.
 
I go to the movies a few times a month.

There aren't many movies that I wanna wait for a screener or DVD to watch.

I can't mess with cams

I mean, I've tried. Couldn't get past the second episode

I did, however, google that blonde chick and found all her naked scenes :lol:

Next time I get a new place, it being in close proximity to nice movie theaters is a must. I love going to the movies and not having closeby places sucks.

I remember after the premiere episode, there were a lot of complaints that it was boring. I thought it was boring too. Almost stopped watching after that one episode.
 
Yea, living by a nice theater is nice. My place is not dine in, upholstered leather, reclining, and reserved seats nice, but it does have imax and rpx showings

As for Anna Kendrick. I just thought dudes in the movie thread just really dug her personality and whole perky aura. I didn't know dudes were beasting and wanted to smash. She a bit frail. Cool chick though.

Crazy how Fox owns the rights to Kang...When I'm sure they'll never use the character in a film.

Regarding Anna Kendrick. Really short in person and pettite. Smash? Why not. lol

Silver Surfer
Galactus
Kang

What pains me is they're not doing **** with them either. They're just holding on to them.

man.. I knew about the first 2, obviously.. from those horrendous f4 movies.. but man, I didn't know about kang

I always associate him with the avengers.. which property did he go with, f4?
 
fox has zero vision.. just look at how they're screwing up the x-men movies.. this is what I said in that thread, which is very simple (and you're giving it over to Vaughn):

Should have gone with: beast, cyclops, jean, angel and iceman.. Maybe introduce havok at the end or show him briefly and add him in the 2nd movie

Magneto is still sort of an ally.. But has issues and could introduce his family if you want to stick it to marvel.. Then have the start of the brotherhood




Then in the 2nd film, you add: colossus, nightcrawler, wolverine and storm

And you plan out the villains:
1) some arbitrary villian while the team is getting together.. And you figure out there is a difference of opinion with magneto

2) magneto

3) juggernaut

4) mr sinister or omega red

5) apocalyse



Then the 6th or 7th film you do DOFP.. And you have other villains sprinkled throughout the movies above (like sabertooth, mystic, toad, pyro, quicksilver, Stryker, blob, lady death strike and the sentinels)

I've always felt like if the situation was reversed and Marvel had the XMen and FF and Fox had every Avengers character,, Marvel would still flourish cuz they have the vision.

And Fox would've made it the Iron Man show with everybody else squeezed way, way way into the background with no development, no solo movies, etc.
