WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Any of you gong to sdcc this year? Marvel panel always something to look forward to. Whole cast expected to be there and most likely will get to see some footage:smokin

Does anyone know where I can buy resell comic con tickets? I've looked everywhere and can't find anything

As discussed before, Planet Hulk movie isn't a priority as the film will have too much cgi Hulk and not enough Rufallo, just more reason for people to hate Rufallo as Banner.

"I think what's cool about the Planet Hulk story is it's all Hulk. He's a gladiator, he's fighting all these creatures on another world. Yes, some of those creatures show up in [Guardians of the Galaxy], which makes people think, 'Oh, maybe it could exist.' And maybe it could exist, someday. I don't think that's the first place we would go though for the very reason that you stated, which is, if we were ever able to do a standalone Hulk movie, 60 percent of the fun would be seeing Mark Ruffalo leading a Marvel movie -- and that's what we would do if we ever went down that road."

I'm know "fans" will be mad, but why can't they have a dual movie ala Empire Strikes Back where Planet Hulk is coinciding with whatever events are happening on Earth with the rest of the Avengers and then come back for the finale or something? I think it'd be a win-win.

^That still doesn't address the fact that the Hulk movie would still be mostly all Hulk and no Ruffalo. They're probably not going to do a Planet Hulk solo movie.

If anything they'll implement Planet Hulk in to a GotG movie and cut it down a lot so that they can not spend that much on cgi and be able to show their pretty stars they need to have some character recognition.

A Planet Hulk movie done right would legit be the most expensive movie of all time. It would need an Avatar-type budget, I dont think they're really ready to risk that on a Hulk movie...especially after that John Carter disaster for Disney

After the Origen movie hulk being a live action movie would just be bland. He is who he is and that's it

True, the budget would be through the roof. Only way to justify that is if they're hundred percent sure it does GOAT numbers.

I had the most vivid dream last night that I was watching this film. I even saw an after credit scene in my dreams that had the skrulls on earth posing as humans and looking in the mirror and reveals them as skrulls

Or maybe it was a premonition :smokin

Edit: Fox still has the movie rights to skrulls :smh:

The thing is for most WWH doesn't happen without PH.

So if we were to skip ahead to WWH we'd need a completely different reason for it to happen on that scale. So it'd have to be something like the gov't forces the Avengers to hunt down the Hulk and along the way Betty dies.

Besides that you still need a build up for more heroes to step up to get beat down and that takes time with more movies/tv shows. Just the Avengers aint enough.

I was about to say the same thing as Zik, WWH is undoubtedly better than PH but WWH won't happen w/o PH and it all really starts on how they even arrived to PH storyline.

Even the supposed leaked ending to Avengers 2 isn't a big enough reason for WWH to happen, it just wouldn't make sense.

A planet hulk then Avengers 3 being based around wwh would be dope. Props to marvel either way, must be a hell of a task keeping all these films consistent with a story.

All in all marvel can do whatever they want in terms of story line. Feige said numerous times that they are not going to copy the comics precisely, but take elements from them. It would make for an interesting movie seeing "the other guy" against the rest if the avengers.

Good. I hate shapeshifters. Easily one of the cheapest ways to create drama in the comic book world.

As far as the Hulk goes, I hope they show how out of control he is. We briefly got that in the first film.

There's rumor going around that James Gunn may replace Whedon if he doesn't direct Avengers 3. I'd  want Whedon to complete the trilogy, but I'd be all in for Gunn's vision. The first Avengers looked a bit amateurish.

Yup that was my personal favorite scenes. And when Thor encountered him in the jet hangar.
Yeah. I believe it's already confirmed there will be a bigger Hulk presence in this one, so that's good.

I didn't like how controlled the hulk was, taking orders from captain America

They should of had him like a wild animal just going after everyone, even the good guys at times. That would of been awesome

They say Ultron might **** with his head this in this one, so hopefully we'll see some of that

Can you explain what you felt was "amateurish" about it?

As far as direction goes, It just didn't dazzle me like I felt it should've. Especially towards the end. I felt like if the film had a more experienced director of these types of films, it would've  looked a bit better.
