I wasn't speaking on the actual filming... he'll be playing BP in couple months when CW stars shooting.
He'll just have delayed gratification and that's unfortunate. Don't think it's going to change much about the story.

Probably go with Spectacular but if it's Miles don't be surprised if they go with Ultimate after killing Peter.
Then just say you prefer Peter instead of all of that other stuff.

At this point, if you want Spidey as a peer that can hold his own in one of those group arguments the Avengers have, you'll want Jake
If you want Spidey to be young he's going to feel like that annoying little kid no one wants around in the movies. You know how it is - little kid wants a say, and whether or not he may or may be right, no one wants to hear it. Maybe they can make that a running joke - no one taking him seriously cuz of his age, but then he ends up saving the day. He's still going to be annoying to everyone though.
