WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

I honestly still feel the plot was flimsy, and underwhelming.

Giant feature length sparring match.

Hulk would've beat the breaks of Ant-Man at the airport

.

Thor would've sided with Cap.

I just wish they established Cap's motives for protecting one friend over the other.

You think Hulk would side with Stark?

Cap protecting Bucky, over who? There was no one else who needed protecting. Who exactly did Tony protect?

All he did was hold ppl prisoners

Me too, that's what I meant.

Peep how Vision was sitting at the chess board.

Cap used all his friends as pawns to save Bucky

Hulk sides with Romanoff, which is probably why they couldn't have him in the movie.

Everyone would've caught that work who laid a hand on her...or tried to.

Banner wouldn't have cooked with Ross at at all.

Captain Nazi did not want the Osama Bin Laden of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to face justice for his crimes against humanity. Rogers was no better than the government he was complaining, who was he to decide what adequate punishment Bucky should face

Poor choice of words. Choose* one friend over an other. Was gonna write protect Bucky but I know how some of ya get over not putting every damn thing in spoilers.

If we're speaking on the last scene,
I feel like it was explained why Cap didn't tell IM that he knew WS killed his parents; both in that moment and then again in his letter. Once IM knew what was up, he flipped and went all out on WS. I'm not sure why Cap would help IM in that situation, but his reasons for wanting to protect WS are obvious to me. WS was brainwashed by Hydra and he wasn't acting under his own free will and for that reason, he doesn't deserve death. Even the conclusion of that fight showed that Cap wasn't trying to kill anyone. He had the opportunity to smash IM's head in if he wanted, but instead he just shut down the suit.

Yea Banner wouldn't go with Ross

He knows he a dirty player. Anyways no controlling the Hulk once he is pissed.

I though Caps motives were good. Doesn't feel that the Accords should be able to dictate what the Avengers do, helping his pal Buck. Dude was his only friend and they grew up together when everyone else probably made fun of cap. Then also what they were trying to do with SW and keep her confined to the Avengers headquarters.

My theater was awesome. Cheering and laughing. Once Queens title came up, theater exploded. Barely hear some of the conversations

We had great cheers for the Strange teaser.

I'm not sure if we watched the same movie. There was plenty of action, but the build up and establishment of motives and reasons for the divide was well done IMO. It was an excellent mesh of action and character development.

It's not like he didn't want Bucky held accountable. He just didn't want Bucky shot on sight. Then when they were able to bring Bucky into custody, he was about to sign the accords anyway before he found out what Tony was doing to Wanda 'for his own protection.' That's just not cool doing that to your teammate. Then before anything else can happen, WS gets brainwashed again and breaks loose. Cap was the one who stopped WS from escaping by stopping that helicopter, and got WS back to normal. Then he finds out that Zemo was the real bad guy and Stark and Ross did nothing about it when they learned about Zemo. How is Cap not justified in doing everything he did?

Yo I was listening to a Kevin Smith CW review and he said something about watching the movie in NY at a 4DX movie theater..

Can the NY nters shed some light on this sorcery? He was talking about chairs moving and smoke entering the theater during gun battles and stuff.

Damn @lamekilla
you're about to hand Marvel Disney $100 before the weekend is over.

When I first saw who the characters in the movie were gonna be I wonder how the hell are they gonna pull off CIvil War with such a small roster, but they proved me wrong big time. Everyone got the appropriate amount of shine in this movie. I would have loved to see BP and Spidey more but if I'm being realistic they were in the movie enough.

Let's be honest for a second here. Did the fact that IM game Spidey his suit bother anyone just a little bit? I don't know if they substituted the Iron Spidey suit from the comics with just a regular spidey suit, but I personally think the scene would have been just fine if IM didn't give spidey that suit and Peter Parker just made it.

One of my big gripes. Basically making Tony the one that makes every damn thing. Peter can make his own suit Tony just an enhanced version of a dope one Peter already has. Aunt May fine but come on the Milf joke gonna be on going.

T'Chaka looked like he never was the Panther either.....

I still can't believe vision f'ed my dude Rhodey's whole life up for the scarlet witches yambs

very interested as to where they go from here

Just watched the matinee, loved it. My favorite marvel movie yet. Marisa tomei has always been :smokin to me but she gets better with age. Dude who played Spider-Man is perfect and I hope he reprises the role.

Can't blame him, she was looking good for a awg. Did not know the Olsen twins had another sister.

I was like damn, Cap, Vision, and even Hawkeye was blatantly being a scumbag/ Abandoned his wife and kids.

for me Hawkeye had to be the one to get Wanda out of there, he's the one that influenced her to join the Avengers in the first place.

There definitely wasn't an NT crowd during my second viewing last night as Clint got a pretty big cheer when he popped up to save Wanda.

Clint is a cool character. I didn't like him at first, but dude is part of the team and been there since Thor. If quick were still alive and would of been on Caps team :pimp:

Thor would've sided with Cap.

What about thor tells you that?

He doesnf live in a free for all.. hell in thor 1 his big lesson was you just cant go out and do things recklessly

In both avengers movies he lectured someone for interfering in things they shouldnt have

I think thor would agree with vision

Cap took it as a black and white issue.. when there are pleny shades of grey
