WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Saw it on Saturday. Loved it
I wish Ultron was more menacing though but still liked him.

Is he meant to be like Stark in a way through the Ultron program?

I want to say no, because the AI was in the scepters get, and just uploaded to their robots.

I love movie like this.

Always two groups of people. People who found it "meh" and people who loved it

To my understanding when Jarvis was trying to get Ultron up and running (right before Jarvis was scramled) Ultron pulled up a bunch of files and videos of Stark Tech destroying everything. You even saw the Jericho from IM1 scene in the background. That's what scarlet meant by "He doesnt know the difference between saving the world and destroying it. Where do you think he gets it from?"

He aint like Stark but shares the some of the same ideologies

****** is acting like skynet has never been done before. IDK what you could've possibly imagined the movie to be if the movie didnt fall in line.

My brother in law is like this. Every movie he's loved, I've watched and felt meh about it. He said CAP2 was "ok" and said Gotham is better than daredevil. I've learned to disregard his opinion when he said the best pizza is papa johns.

I never go into a superhero, sci-fi or popcorn/blockbuster movie expecting any plot twist, deep social commentary or groundbreaking performances. I was honestly surprised by Daredevil because it was a different tone for the MCU, but I don't expect that as the norm.

If the movie delivers higher than my expectations, I'm happy. If it gives me what I signed up for: well choreographed action and a plot that makes sense in the reality that it takes place in, I'm about equally happy.

I don't get how after years of dumb comic book movies dating back to Batman, where toxic goo made a criminal into a laughing hyena man, people go in expecting to be blown away. Are there low brow movies in this genre that insult the intelligence of the audience? Absolutely. Transformers comes to mind. But I just charged that one to the game and avoided the sequels. If Avengers AOU is at least on par with the original, I'm happy and will go see Ant Man and everything that follows.

Any body talking bad about AOU is literally just trying to speak for attention. Movie exceeds the 1st as well as any other MCU film in any way. What people are really disappointed in is lack of real foreshadowing. They wanted something like thanos' appearance in the first to make everyone say "**** is about to go down". Thanos' mid credit scene doesn't do that as much as it tells us what we've known since A1's mid credit scene...

I will say marvel missed a golden opportunity to present black panther though...

shut up.

i loved AOU but people like you need to come to the understanding that opinions other than yours exist in this world

no one is saying they dont like this movie to get attention
get over yourself.

As long as I have fun watching this, my expectations will be met.

If somebody didn't like this movie or it wasn't what they expected I wouldn't be surprised.

I still expect to be thoroughly entertained despite not being in to a villain like Ultron or the new characters added tot he cast.

Not sure how accurate it is but a research firm claims that Daredevil is the most watched series in Netflix history. Netflix never releases these numbers and the way the research company went about it is beyond me.

http://variety.com/2015/digital/news/netflix-originals-viewer-data-1201480234/

I understand how they did it but not sure how they know for sure how to project that data to the population accurately. It doesnt seem like a random sample if people who watch Netflix through TVs and gaming consoles arent included

^ They left out OITNB tho. I highly doubt any other show on Netflix is topping that.

Edit: nvm. Seems like they mean recent releases
