WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Marvel does have a lot on their rumor plate right now.

BP, Doc Strange, Inhumans are the most sure to come. Then there's BW, Ms Marvel and Hulk (a sequel finally). Add the sequels for Thor, Cap and GotG for those dates plus Avengers 3 (possibly a two parter?) and that occupies a lot of dates.

As for a galactic/cosmic type of film or just anything outside of Earth, I think the Inhumans will pretty much explore that and it along with GotG are plenty.

Then I have my fingers crossed for a Thanos solo film.

If they do acquire Riddick, that film might be better suited to be placed on a brand new date.
I don't think the Hulk sequel is coming. At this point while I would want one I doubt there's a BW film coming and I'd group the Captain/Ms. Marvel film with BP and Strange forthcoming stuff. I think there's room if they go 3 year in phase 4 and phase 5.

I think Inhumans will connect to the cosmic stuff cuz of the Kree but it'll be mostly based on Earth unless they're gonna have the two come in to conflict.

Thanos film would be cool but I'm not sure marvel will be doing the villain solo films any time soon. It'd be a 180 and a good effort in how they approach their villains as well as a good surprise but I don't think a whole solo film is coming for him.
Right now you just seem like the guy going against the grain, starting to hate because ppl didn't like ASM2 and thought Cap2 and GotG were better.

I can say it now, Inhumans and Ant Man could be IM2&3/Thor1/Cap1 quality and Marvel won't skip a beat as they move on to phase 4. The next movies would just come out and be better even if you complained about everyone.

Only decline will occur is if they pick the wrong person to run **** if Feige ever leaves.

Like right now you have no justification in trying to hate on Inhumans other than you not liking them. This was in the cards and hinted at earlier than now. Get used to it.

 Why do you keep mentioning ASM2 though? I get it, not too many people like the film and I liked it. I loved Cap2 but thought it had its shortcomings. If you liked that film over ASM2 that understandable and actually the majority consensus. Guardians eh, I've stated how I felt about the film enough. Some have agreed with me so it's not me going against the grain necessarily though I do realize I have a penchant for having the more controversial opinion  :rolleyes regardless I can legitimately say my personal dislike for the inhumans is from their comic so I'm not expecting much from the silver screen appearance. It just Marvel is doing too much. IM3 as well as guardians showed marvel that they can slap anything on screen with a marvel logo and people will eat it up. I'll reserve final judgement till the film comes but marvel needs to max out the stories with their top tier characters before we start seeing movies for the second and third tier marvel characters
Cuz it seems you're still salty over the majority of ppl not liking it to the point you're bringing baggage from that thread in to others. Now you're being the nitpick guy  and irrationally hating on the Inhumans.

Also what you mean max out their top tier characters? Like who? Who haven't they made the best of yet that are above Inhumans? There is no other group that Marvel studios has the right to that deserves a movie before humans so then you're left with solo flicks and most of more well known ones are already rumored (BP, Ms. Marvel, etc.) or being done for the netflix tv series. So please tell me who else needs that movie before them? You want to see an All Winners Squad movie? Great Lakes Avengers?

I mean despite liking the recent 2000s GotG comics I would've laughed all day a while back if you told me they were getting movie on some no chance at all and they managed to flip that. I think Inhumans on screen would be 1000 times better than any Inhuman comic. A whole lot to explore there.

Iron Man 2 was more disappointing than outright bad.

I expected it to be amazing after how great Iron Man was... and it was just... ehh.

This is where hairs can be split imo. If IM3 doesn't have that weak reveal and makes sense of why the dozens of armors had to stay underground until the end then it'd be better than IM2 by a good mile.

Just make Tony fight AIM with Extremis and the actual Mandarin a bit at the end. They could still have their same ending where Pepper saves the day and just have Mandarin run away back to the shadows.

I really didn't mind Tony running around without the armor playing MacGyver until the other **** messed it up.

Too much? Please Marvel, stop hitting us with quality after quality films. It's "too much" for lamekilla lamekilla . Give us another ****** IM film.

No, confirm a black panther film or a solo hulk film before inhumans

Give me a Champions film and replace torch and angel, or a howling commandos film. The inhumans are just corny to me but I do agree that they'll look better on film

Just finished Thor II and, it's not as meh as I though. Granted it's not that great, it's better on a second viewing. The worst parts are as same as the first, the Earth scenes, but the Asgardian stuff is great. Highlights were Loki's "death", along with Fr****'s. 7.5/10. I have faith in the Third, if they do it my way tho

Since we're talking about IM2, Mickey Rourke was on Seth Meyers earlier and basically just **** Marvel lol. Apparently wasn't happy with all his scenes that were cut out

Both IM1 and IM2 were a mess and yeah Rourke was pissed that his character wasn't fleshed out and that everything he wanted to do was shut down.

Jeff Bridges was actually talking about his IM1 experience again around SDCC this year, everyone behind the scene just seems happy they finished that film and really no wonder why IM1 is the only one that's been actually good. I am not sure about IM3 but IM2 was just as messy if not more.

"We were so fortunate to have Robert and that team, and also Jon Favreau, both those guys are incredible actors and improvisers. And that movie was so much fun to make. It was unusual because it was very expensive, close to $200 million or something, and you would think that a movie that had that high a budget, they would have had their script tighter. But that was not the case. And we would very often find ourselves, at the beginning of the day, going into our trailers with little tape recorders with the suits from Marvel & Jon & Robert, and we would try to come up with what we were going to shoot that day! We would trade parts, I would play his part, or he would play my part, Favreau would be calling up writer friends of his, and meanwhile the crew is tapping their foot, waiting for us to come back to work. That was very frustrating for me, because I like to be very prepared and let it go in front of the camera, so that you know your lines and stuff, until I made a small inner adjustment that was: realizing we were making a $200 million dollar student film. And just to relax and have fun, do your best, don't worry too much, and I think that the film came out terrifically! And again, that's largely because we had Robert and Jon onboard."

They truly did get lucky because if IM1 had bombed, there would be a big chance that Marvel wouldn't be where they are at today.

IM 1 didnt have a script either oddly enough. RDJ practically improvised the whole thing according to Jeff Bridges. I guess they got lucky with IM 1 and thought they could replicate the success with IM2 by doing the same ****.

No one has denied these claims that Jeff Bridges made. RDJ deserves the 50M he made off avengers and likely 50M (actually 70-80 with the final box office number) he made off the IM Franchise since he practically wrote the script. Might as well have had him direct as well since he basically made the Avengers franchise :smh:

Either this dude has blocked me (thank god if he did) or just really do not bother to read because he pretty much summarize what I posted. :smh:

RDJ is great at improv comedy. Makes sense that one point and time he was an SNL cast member. You can see it all through IM1. The way some of the lines are delivered you can tell that they weren't necessarily scripted. Avengers has the whit too, at least with RDJ's lines.

ANT MAN POSSIBLE CAMEOS.

early scripts has revealed that an early, possibly still-in-play draft of the script reveals that a young Hank Pym is involved with the early days of S.H.I.E.L.D. Among the suspects he'll encounter are Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper), Agent Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell), captured Nazi Arnim Zola (Toby Jones) and Alexander Pierce (Robert Redford). Oh brother, half of those are bad guys! We already know this movie will have flashback sequences, and here is one.
