Actually it points to the many people saying it would be Marvel's first flop and questioning how a movie about a talking raccoon and a tree was going to put ***** in seats.

All of Marvel is far fetched, exactly my point. So to say what won't work and what will when they prove over and over again that they can even make a movie about an actor playing the Mandarin cross the 1 billi mark is a waste of words. Let's just see what they do.

Like homie said earlier if it's not the intelligent Hulk and just the moaning, grunting one in the MCU so far it won't work because the movie won't really be able to produce any drama based around the central character.

Every MCU film has made money but that doesn't mean all of them have been good and that's what my focus is on

There's was no dialog in that movie for damn near the first 45 minutes
And they STILL was able to flesh out and produce drama
I think marvel can do the same
 
This trailer..............SMH...............after my 30th time watching it , I must say that 2015 cant get here fast enough. So many possibilities that I got from that trailer. But ultimately I am hoping that this leads to an appearance by Black Panther. And it's not out of the realm of possibility that we could get a PH/WWH movie. After all in this trailer one could read that if the hulk is under some kind of mind control that he could be rendered a danger to society. Therefore shipped away to some other planet.
 
It's funny. Last night, I said I was underwhelmed, but I keep watching the trailer, so Marvel must be doing something right.

Probably not surprising to anyone, but the Avengers 2 trailer already has more likes than the DoFP trailer, asm2 trailer or any of the phase 2 trailers.

Trailer number 2 is going to be something else.

seeing the trailer.. and seeing how thor snaps on tony.. and we can assume it's tony in the hulkbuster fighting hulk.. I completely agree about this possibly leading to a PH/WWH movie

hell, I think this could lead to both the civil war and PH/WWH.. ship hulk off and do PH.. then you see the tension between the other avengers and tony throughout their individual movies (as has been suggest about Cap 3).. then you do the civil war movie..

then WWH after that

which could be the catalyst for a lot of things that happens and leads to events of future films.. we've already seen tension amongst the team..

maybe tony and few select folks decide shipping off hulk is the best thing.. then you have cap, thor and couple other who disagree with it, then you have the events of the civil war take place (and the fighting is rooted in this previous tension going on amongst the group)

then hulk returns for WWH

Yup, ASM 2 was an expensive notch over ghost rider. Happy that whole series is in the toilet. Not talking about money earned btw before people maul me over that statement
 
To all of you dudes wondering about Planet Hulk/World War Hulk, the answer is yes.

It looks like that article I read on Joblo about two years back was true. The title was something like "The plot for next Hulk movie revealed? (Possible spoilers ahead!)". I'm pretty sure you guys can find it if you Google it.

But anyways the article said that the writers were planning to have Hulk wild out on all the Avengers as the final fight of the movie and because of that they like nah he gotta go and then they ship Hulk off the planet. Thus leading into the planet hulk film.

A little salty that I read that article now to be honest. Can't help but feel like I spoiled it for myself.

But yeah, Civil War seems to be the direction Marvel is going towards.

I don't want Civil War though...
 
So how does the thought of Thanos and the infinity gantlet tie into any of this, thats what im curious about

It's crazy man when Thanos appeared in Avengers 1, everyone just assumed he'll be the bad in A2. Then when Ultron got announced, it was aite Thanos will finish the trilogy off in Avengers 3. But now with Civil War... Who knows. These dudes at Marvel really have like a ten year plan going :lol:
 
Some someone correct me if I'm wrong or explain this to me. ultron was what? One of Starks suits that took over itself?
