WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

I was just talking to my homeboy about Stan Lee passing on. It's one of the scariest thoughts to think about for me because this man has had a PROFOUND affect on my life. I learned how to read because of Marvel comics. His stories molded me...but he's getting up there in age. Just the though has me tearing up.... :wow: :smh:

Will he be able to see well enough to enjoy the infinity war movies?

Damn, will he even live long enough to see it? :frown:

Ant-Man came out in July 2015 and Cap Civil War isnt until May 2016. Thats a 10 month gap, I cant remember waiting this long for a MCU movie to come out.this is buns
Well after this year they're doing 3 movies a year so you won't have to go through that again.

Deadpool and BVS I feel are going to be all right movies at best.

The best movie between now and CW will probably be Zootopia lol

^Not going to complain about that. As long as his eyes are just like the comic book/ASM2, I'm good.

Wait, that's just the design of his costume right? He isn't really rocking a hoodie in goggles in the film, is he?

well they did say hed be wearing some sort of a home made costume at first didnt they, i think this hoody will be the official costume though not the home made one.

I don't know anything about it but I'm gonna say no. I think that the hoody is just designed to reflect what his suit is gonna look like in the film. I'm kind of meh about it. Like you said, I gotta see the mask/eyes

Here's How Spider-Man Enters The MCU in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

http://geektyrant.com/news/heres-how-spider-man-enters-the-mcu-in-captain-america-civil-war

You clicked on this article, so I'll assume you're OK with potential spoilers for Captain America: Civil War moving forward. If you are not, turn back now.
There's been a lot of talk about Spider-Man joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the upcoming Captain America: Civil War, but Kevin Feige, The Russo Brothers, and the rest of the team have done a pretty good job of keeping a tight lid on the actual specifics of what happens with the character in the movie. I've heard rumors at various points that Spidey fights Iron Man in the movie, and then later I heard that Spidey actually ends up fighting Captain America instead. If this new report from Geek.com is true, then he's probably not going to face off against Tony Stark, because Stark plays a key role in Peter Parker's introduction into the MCU.

Our source told us is that Tony goes to Peter Parker specifically to recruit him, and to seal the deal, offers him an advanced Spider-suit to fight in — an upgrade from whatever 15-year-old Peter was previously slinging around in. But why would Peter even consider such an offer? “Peter started becoming Spidey because he grew up and idolized Tony,” our source revealed. Since Iron Man takes place 10 years before we meet Peter in Civil War, where Peter is 15, that means Peter was five-years-old when Tony broke onto the scene in the original Iron Man, likely dominating the news as Peter grew into a teenager. If the guy you admire and look up to suddenly shows up on your balcony with a sweet piece of tech and says, “hey, let’s be bros,” are you going to turn him down?
Having Peter look up to Tony makes sense, considering they're both science geniuses. Civil War taking place ten years after Iron Man doesn't exactly align with Marvel's stance of having roughly the same amount of time take place between movies as elapses in the real world, but I suppose it doesn't really matter that much.

There's a lot of speculation in the rest of the article about exactly what version of Spider-Man's suit we're going to see in the movie, and all signs so far point to there being multiple Spidey costumes, ranging from a homemade look to Tony's advanced model to a more traditional costume, but that aspect still hasn't been confirmed yet, so we'll have to wait to see if Marvel decide to unveil their new web-slinger to the world in a trailer (which seems like it would be a good idea, to drive more interest from average viewers who don't follow news like this and don't have a clue Spider-Man is going to be in the movie), or if they'll hold it all back until we actually see the movie itself. I'd prefer the latter just for the experience of seeing it in a theater first, but I sort of doubt that'll happen.

Probably just click bait but whatever.

Punisher Spinoff Starring Jon Bernthal in Development at Netflix

Netflix is thisclose to pulling the trigger on The Punisher, a new Marvel spinoff series centered on Jon Bernthal’s gun-toting Daredevil vigilante (aka Frank Castle), TVLine has learned exclusively.

Viewers will get their first look at Bernthal’s Punisher when Daredevil ‘s second season drops on Friday, March 18, but the early buzz on the Walking Dead alum’s performance is overwhelmingly positive.

“Viewers watching the show will be rooting for this guy with a gun but we’re also going to force people to second-guess themselves,” previewed exec producer Doug Petrie in a recent interview with EW.com. “Taking lethal justice into your own hands in America in 2015 is tricky s–t.”

For those keeping track at home, this would mark Netflix’s sixth Marvel series, following Daredevil, Jessica Jones, the upcoming Luke Cage, and the in-the-works Iron Fist and The Defenders.

Nope, i think most would love to see all the Netflix characters on the big screen. I think most wouldn't have minded if they were included in CW to make it a bigger scope and add more heroes in each teams.

They'll likely be part of IW1/2 in some way.

I'm just wondering how they plan on uniting all these heroes for IW1/2. I mean when it gets to be right before and after black panther releases, I wonder if the movie characters will start appearing in the TV shows more often to unite everyone. Like would Cap(depending on the outcome of civil war, clearly a theory/example) be on the run and after hiding for quite some time, end up teaming up with DD for a season?? I'm more intrigued on how this will be pulled off in the MCU than anything. Especially with the new heroes being introduced with their own solo movies and roster changes that have already started

should be interesting

If there were more female heroes I could see a lot of them meeting up through tinder since most are in NYC or at least close.
