WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

I see your point and I'm sure he will play a larger role to come, but I got the impression that he was going to be the one to defeat Ultron, but he ended up just being another hero in the fight along side everyone else.

Can Vision function without the Mind Gem? Thanos is going to have to get it at some point.

Man, Vision was incredibly important.

As I understand it, he cut Ultron off the Internet. Otherwise, he would've just kept making more of himself after they killed off the last bot

Did he? I must have missed that.

I heard him say they needed to erase him complete even off the internet, but I didn't see him do it or anything.

^^They didn't make it too obvious, they could've put more of an emphasis on it. But he did it during his initial confrontation with Ultron

I dont want to say much else at this point so that other ppl can watch but I plan to come back and post thoughts about the movie. Maybe sunday or next week

Forget about all the spoiler crap, if you didn't see it yet too bad.

This movie was a MASTERPIECE, to have all those different storylines and to connect it seamlessly Joss Whedon is a gift. My gf said this was the first time she ever went to a movie theater for over 2 hours and didn't get bored for a minute. The visuals in this movie are out of this world, The first scene in the Sokovia was something straight out of a comic book, people seem to forget this is A COMIC BOOK MOVIE. Every Avenger had a great role in this movie, and no one was left out.

this one felt a little more balanced, because I seriously felt the last one was too Iron Man heavy.

The Hawkeye storyline was beautifully done, the love connection with Widow and Hulk gave a glimpse into what makes them a monster inside and shows 2 people struggling with unable to find love in conventional matters.

Loved War Machine and Falcons small cameos. Love the setting up for Black Panther movie with Klaw and his white South African accent, that scene was dripping with irony as to what actually goes on in Africa.

Additionaly things

- LOVED Ultrons realism and humor

- Veronica (Hulkbuster)  was given that name because she is the opposite of Betty in the Archie comics, Betty is Hulks love in the comics

- I think they killed Quicksilver because Marvel didn't want to go in the back and forth with Fox, they are basically telling X-men they cause continue to exploit him, the real Quicksilver already did his job.

- Cant wait for Civil War, its gonna be out of this world. I think Marvel decided to go with that storyline because DC wanted to pull their big guns with a hero vs hero Batman vs Superman movie, Marvel is gonna one up them with the same concept Cap vs Iron, but still throw in Spiderman, Black Panther, and anyone they see fit. Marvel Studios is UNSTOPPABLE

- Thor 3 better be a GREAT movie, not ok, but GREAT. Marvel heads please listen to that

The $15 I spent on that 3D IMAX ticket I felt as if I didn't pay Marvel enough. I would easily have paid $100l.00, This is what going to the movies should be about
THIS THIS THIS

So much more balance.

And I loved how CA looked like a chump throughout most of the film.

Quicksilver mannnnn

Idris Elba let slip last year that he had filmed an Avengers: Age of Ultron scene with Tom Hiddleston, but while Heimdall does make an appearance in the Marvel sequel, Loki is nowhere to be seen. Evidently, Hiddleston's cameo was left on the cutting room floor, as Joss Whedon now confirms.

“We did shoot something, but it didn’t play,” the Age of Ultron writer-director told MTV News. “The movie has so much. It’s so filled. We didn’t want it to feel overstuffed. I really wanted to have Loki in it, but I understood the decision that there were now too many voices in the chorus." Whedon added, “At some point the embarrassment of riches is actually embarrassing.”

Yall didn't think Ulton was too human? I also expected The Vision to be a little more important at the end.

I think he was perfect for a being with Artificial Intelligence. He's not just a robot, he's a being that took all of our knowledge, humor, technology and emotions and tried to one up us and wipe us out.

"Us" like I was in the damn movie. :smh:

'I'm sorry'

LOL

I really can't wait to see this again.

There were so many moving parts to this film That I feel it'd really take me a few re-watchs to appreciate everything.

I really want them to bring QS back w/ one of the infinity stones. The back and forth w/ him and Clint was great. That bullet scene in the tower was crazy! I have too see it again but on first watch AoU was a flawless CBM. Seeing thanos legit made me jump out my seat.

Feige reveals that we’ve already seen the Mind Stone in the Vision, the Space Stone (the Tesseract), The Aether, and The Orb, but there are two that are still missing. "It’s definitely the Mind Stone that is now in the Vision. Space, you’re right. Time and Soul are the two that are not accounted for. Basically there are two we haven’t introduced yet, but the others are more or less accounted for.”

So i my mind Thanos was speaking directly to Loki when he said "fine I'll do it myself" at the credits scene. He was on asgard getting the infinty gauntlet which was stored there, probably grabbing it from Loki who is still ruling there disguised as Odin. We can also assume Thanos got the Space Gem/Tesseract from Loki while he was there considering it was under Asgard's control and Loki still is afraid of or owes something to Thanos for the Chitauri failure on earth. Also we can assume he'll get the Reality Gem/Aether from the Collector in the next Thor movie since Loki would know that gem was there as well. It also sets up well Thor returning to Asgard to talk about infinity gems and finding the gauntlet missing. Thoughts? [\spoiler]

Everybody was dying at that part. My theatre had all Marvel geeks. It was a fun crowd.

Same here haha I loved it. Even had a dude come in a full captain America suit.

The theatre let out a big oh come on when hulk was brushing off scar joe in the shower scene

My favorite part was seeing thors face when captain America moved the hammer just a bit

And when captain America said watch the language

I'm far from a marvel fan but this made me a fan great movie no complaints
