WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

I'm not too worried about Ant Man honestly. It has good word of mouth so it will have legs.

It's not going to break any records but it will be all right.

Won't be surprised if they use Lang in place of Foster for civil war. Just to give the film higher stakes and a casualty...

Anybody know how many films Rudd is signed on for?

Also my Ant man review will have to wait till off day. I've yet to see it because I've been swamped with work :smh: :wow: :smh:
They're not killing Paul Rudd in CW. They're not gonna pull a Bill Foster either.

You should prepare yourself to stop thinking the comics' CW and expecting that when the movie comes out.
i'm surprised by the IH love. Thought pretty much everyone disliked that film
I loved it. I'll say it was great since others don't want to.

Easily the best Hulk film. Easily the best Banner portrayal to date.

Also this doesnt bother me because its a comic book movie but I just have to say it anyway

If you are only decreasing the distance between atoms you should still weigh relatively the same. Aint no way Hank could carry a tank in his pocket or a Thomas the Tank Engine toy could hold the weight of two grown men d:

The reverse is true where the building wouldve crushed the 8 gram Thomas, not the other way round

And the male relationships in this movie reminded me of another comic trio

Hank Pym = Xavier
Scott Lang = Scott Summers
Darren Cross = David Haller

^^ I didn't think about it but you're right. It's slightly explained when they talk about his punching power but it's comic book logic as to why that doesn't apply to everything else lol

Did you guys realize the filter used in the end credit scene? Looks like CW will follow a serious-tone like WS.
Don't think it's a filter. I think they're shooting the film on Alexa 65s. Check out The Revenant trailer, they're using the same camera for that... I think it's just how the images come out

They're using a new, basically customized version of the Alexa's for the action sequences then shooting all of IW on them. Personally, I'm hyped as hell for the films to take a more polished visual tone

It's on purpose, the scene was shot by the CW director and that scene will actually appear in CW in a different capacity.

just realised, if they dont bring the OG wasp back then the streak of fake deaths in marvel movies is broken

the losing one arm in a reference to the empire strikes back continues tho

....Wesley playing mentor to....

jarvis fake died
QS death happens after Jarvis fake death so.... streak broken
not that no one ever dies, its that there's someone who "dies" for emotional impact but is brought back later

antman - wasp?

AoE - jarvis

GOTG - groot

Cap 2 - nick fury

Thor 2 - loki

IM3 - pepper

Avengers - phil

Cap1 - bucky

Thor1 - loki

Not for emotional impact and I don't really quite remember it perfectly but wasn't Vanko also thought to be dead in IM2 but was actually at Hammer Industries?

QS death was used for emotional impact as well, we just now have to wait and see if they bring him back. They said they wouldn't but we'll see

Sorry on phone. No spoiler texts.....Anyone care to elaborate on why they would need ant-man in the end credit scene?? I think that's who falcon is talking about and that's why he was asking for him In the funny story his friend was telling. Why was the winter soldier looked like he is being tortured by cap and falcon??

SW could always bring QS back, and Wasp could easily still be alive. I'm still waiting for the Red Skull to undead himself. I know the Russos would have done him right.

probably to hide strunk

Of course CW should be a serious flick, but I still hope they're able to manage moments of levity to break up the tension

Falcon will add a little comedy as well.
If spidey happens to jump in, I'd assume him as well. And now possibly Antman....???

I'm still under the belief, that they're appearances will be cameos. Except for Falcon, he most likely will be a supporting character.

like a quick little action scene or a legit Cameo with a bit of dialogue?

btw. isn't chris Evans almost done with his Marvel Contract?
