WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

I thought it was Cap and Agent Boobs?
When Evans does it, it's gifworthy, when I do it, it's sexual assault

The original LR rumor when they first started talking about CW was something about Tony ending up in prison
Nah, it was Cap who was in prison.
looked up the LatinoReview post before making that. At first they said "in space" which at the time was kind of an inside joke but later rehashed the rumor by saying he gets arrested

I know that's not how it goes it the comic though lol

EDIT: it's Thor that they say ends up in "Galactic prison" after Thor 3. They don't expand on the "discouraged" thing for Tony, my mistake

Yeah the Purple Man is a real sadistic threat.

Once I saw they were going with JJ I knew they were gonna do that since she's basically a new hero and those are her best stories. The MAX comics take on her was really modern and adult as far as female leads go. Shows Marvel is at least serious about representing.

They just warmed yall up with DD. I expect JJ to be the knockout blow as far as content goes.

Marvel/Disney :pimp:

Netflix was such a good choice. Punisher series can definitely happen now.

Having a women basically overcome her sexual/psychological abuser is some heavy stuff.

It's also a huge gamble too. If the depiction isn't on point and enough think pieces get posted you're on the wrong side of a Terrible backlash.

This was a show I wasn't really interested in but now it has my attention

Kind of let down we won't get any of that Peter Parker stuff on the show

And I just got cliffs on Jessica Jones...

So basically Purple Man has the power of mind control and uses it mostly for sex stuff and makes her watch him run trains on sorority sisters.

Bruh I can't believe Marvel/Disney/Netflix is even touching these characters  And based on the comments they gave today I don't think they're going to shy away from all the Rapey stuff

Timeout...

The power/freedom of Netflix

It should be OK now but I'll be cringing at the thought of kids maybe checking these characters out in 2018 after seeing them crossover into the movies (if it happens)

I didnt see anything in Daredevil that a kid couldnt handle. Take away the blood and its practically PG13/TV14. As for the sideboobs only hardcore christian american prudes see the problem with that.

Daredevil isn't the one to worry about, its Jessica and the subject matter/content it will most likely contain.

I haven't read it all yet, but she does deal with some stuff, as someone mentioned earlier with Purple Man. I doubt we will have a R/TV-MA show, but it was on Marvel MAX Imprint which was their "R-rated" comics. It shouldn't be an issue though really, I just doubt it will end up be recommending viewing for kids, and it won't be marketing towards them.

I finally realized why I'm not an Ironman fan anymore (not as big as I was in the 90s.

the civil war comic .. lol I was on caps side and hated that douche Iron Man

Other books before civil war with his Tony and his alcholism I think all that turned me off to the character.
