You really think Dunn provides what Cespedes does?

The trade is done, it's obviously to late to change anything but the trade changed the dynamic of this offense. Donny and Moss have never been "stars" under the spotlight. Cespy took that spotlight off them and I really believe not having him there is affecting them more than what numbers show. This trade proves to me numbers don't tell the whole story. Chemistry, intangibles, etc. matter to a team.

I am not saying that trade is the fault for everything, because no one could predict how bad Moss, Dino, and others have looked but it has had a huge impact. The injuries obviously have not helped.

This team does not deserve to make the playoffs at this point. They have no real leader and team moral is in the **** hole. It's a shame.

Baseball is a funny sport, all it takes is 1 week to get hot and you can turn it on but I just don't see it happening. The lineup looks absolutely horrible. I wouldn't be surprised if they miss the playoffs and the team is blown up in the off season.

Oh, and I want Billy gone if they miss the playoffs...

especially with how much of the team will be gone by next year or the following year. don't know how deep our farm system is after we've mortgaged a lot of it for this current roster.

The Angels have a certain smoke-and-mirrors appearance to them. They're 51-16 against teams under .500 but only 38-39 against winning teams.

I wonder if that will come back to hurt them in the playoffs.
