The Oakland Athletics 2018 Offseason Season Thread | One and Done Again

jj did well today
its not like anything was hit hard off him

dog him when hes strugglin, but same token, dap him when he holds his own then

honestly wasnt a fan of bringin in doo yesterday, even with the two off days this week...didnt need them to gauge him...and thats what they did

back to jj, he aint gettin moved unless oak eats most of his salary...hes kinda a sunk cost right now, even with oflats comin back soon, i dont see any takers for jj...

that almost trade to these damb mia marlins too gets me...sigh

Series win against Detroit and I'll be ecstatic. They are playing well again and our pitching has been struggling.

Yoenis just took an outfield spot for the All Star game. And Norris is going to be first in catcher votes.

We're finally getting respect. :pimp:

And I am glad these guys are getting the recognition they deserve. Mainly because this will put pressure on them and they better understand a 1 and done ain't going to fly this year. Making the playoffs means NOTHING this season.

It is WS or bust at this point.

Billy, you better know that and add the right pieces. Don't sit on your ***.

I don't remember the last time the AL was this wide open.

"As for possible targets, how about Zobrist and Price? Oakland won't be able to afford Price next year, but they could always flip him in the offseason. If not those two, then what about Aaron Hill and Brandon McCarthy from the Diamondbacks? Chase Utley and Cliff Lee would be stupendous, but that won't happen. Asdrubal Cabrera and Justin Masterson? Daniel Murphy and Bartolo Colon? They could always acquire an infielder and a starter in separate trades, of course."

Glad I don't have DirecTV anymore. I can guarantee something would have been broken in my house if I were to have saw that!

How many walk off grand slams do these bastards have on us? 2006 still gives me heartache :x
