white leather scuffs and heel rubber on Oreo 6's

Hi all -  i'm new to NikeTalk and this forum for care/maintenance is massive and i didn't find any results for "scuffs" in the forum search.  

but, what would be the best course of action to fix my oreo 6's ?   also, even the smear on the oreo rubber heel tab, if possible
