Ludacris can't afford to pay thousands of dollars in child support -- and he's blaming his financial woes on the death of his "Fast and Furious" co-star Paul Walker.

Ludacris was in court Wednesday with his baby mama, Tamika Fuller ... who's demanding Luda pay her $15K a month to take care of his 2-month-old baby daughter, Cai.

But Luda went to court and told the judge ... he was counting on "Fast and Furious 7" money to make his payments, and the movie is now on hold so his payday went away.

Luda claims he can only pay $1,800 a month -- confessing he only made around $55K for 2013.

The judge split the baby down the middle, ordering Luda to pay 7K a month for now ... while hizzoner reviews all the financial docs.

By the way ... Tyrese also claimed relative poverty in his child support case because of Walker's death.

15k to raise the child? Dam sad thing is most will be used for baby mama to live a lifestyle she don't deserve.

Eh TMZ worded it in an ugly way. Not getting that F & F Money is a legit concern. I'm sure they were both counting on that. What else do they have going for themselves?

my father-in-law had to pay 32k a month (16k for each child) for 7 years, then had to give one final lump sum payment of 600k when the youngest one turned 18k

he owned a chain of companies that in their hay day, grossed at least 800MM annually

and he always raves about how he had such a good lawyer, so I guess it could have been worse.

The mom should have to prove to the Judge WHY is costs $15k per month to take care of this child.

All of it should be itemized & then reviewed by the Judge.

Just ridiculous how these women get away with **** like this...:smh:
 
And I'm not too surprised by the monthly payment compared to other celebs. I'm more shocked at the fact that he only made 55k. Dude minus whale start a youtube channel for some extra lunch money :lol:
 
Only made 55k last year? He fell off but I doubt he fell off that bad.

Another dwade, it seems. He's been with his gf for years, but he's got a 2 month old with another chick.
 
all 2 year olds do is eat sleep and take a dump..... two of those are free...

these kids eating Minotaur steaks and Ambrosia .....Formula is 24 bucks she cant buy a pallet of that ....I swear
