Why doesn't the movie King of NY not get any love???

exactly how i always felt about this movie. i seen this in the movies when it came out and that dance scene killed the whole flick for me. too corny, his whole crew would get exposed starting with steve buscemi :lol:
 
I recommend everyone to film if you like the gangster/mob/drug movies. Verrry underrated as everyone else is saying. I have never heard of this movie until i was browsing Netflix one night :smokin
 
Walken's crew is "corny" while Snipes running around with a bird for shooter, his yellow "brother" Allan Payne and Al B Sure's cousin?

I love both but the rationale for liking one over the other for some of y'all is hysterical.

King Of NY came out before New Jack City. I always thought of New Jack City as the more mainstream version of KONY.

I think pretty much everywhere you look, people regard them almost the same. IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes etc.

is Frank White's crew so unbelievable? I personally found

them to be entertaining and Laurence Fishburne stole the

show.
 
Under rated, over rated, mean nothing to me, just some ego steez "I like movie so it's the bet movie, if you don't like it, you don't know movies."

That  being said, this movie is dope as hell and i"m glad ya'll put me on. Cast/acting, excellent, I would have thought Spike directed with this cast.  Plot, insane. Cinematography, classic 90's New York. I like everything about this movie. I appreciate it NT. I will be watching more of this writers films. Tonight, "The Funeral."

This. When I first saw it back in like 02 I thought it was good. When I watch it now and I see how great the cast was the movie coulda been a lot better. I would take New Jack City over it. Dudes be overrating the hell outta Paid In Full though. :lol: I used to think dudes were trolling with that **** but yall sound serious.
