I never knew that......

so explain translucent bowling balls

I looked that up after i saw that pic lol
Apparently cats dont really use them professionally like bill murray.
And the ones that appear translucent have a thick layer of that clear stuff and usually have something in the middle.

I think.

Yeah, the "custom" looking ones with flashy gimmicks are pretty much just plastic balls. The professional balls are the ones with cores in them.

yea you aint getting a quality spin from a all plastic ball

main reason house balls suck

you can't if it was dropped

Right? I thought if it was fired up in the air it has to eventually stop and drop down right? If shot straight up

I saw something on Mythbusters where if you shoot a bullet in a straight line it will eventually drop....and if you drop a bullet from that height at that spot exactly when you fire the gun both bullets land at the same time.

In the start of the 20th century, the Federal Reserve was created.

Prior to that, things had been different. Different like during and after the Civil War, there were more than 8,000 different entities/banks that were printing money.

8K!

My 11th grade chemistry teacher said the same thing.

I always thought the velocity of the bullet out of the gun going up, has the same velocity on the way down. so the speed of the bullet going out would be the same speed coming down once it hits the ground

I'm sure it reaches terminal velocity.

won't have the same velocity going down because it'll just be falling and wasn't projectiled out and doesn't have any extra force. with it just normally falling you have to think about its weight and the friction from air. it isn't going to kill ****

Plenty of people have died from getting hit in the head from bullets falling back down from being fired into the air. In the imaginary situation where a bullet is fired perfectly straight up (almost impossible for a person to do), the maximum speed it can achieve terminal velocity and the impact will be non-lethal. However bullets are typically fired at some sort of angle, and are able to maintain a much more lethal speed upon impact. In the actual episode the experiment received the myth busted, plausible, and confirmed status.

I think you guys are confusing this myth with the other myth that dropping a penny from the empire state building will kill someone...........

Guess who burned off a 20 pack of tic tacs last night tho
