I never knew that......

Groundhog day
"According to Stephen Tobolowsky, Ramis told him that the entire progress of Groundhog Day covered 10,000 years. "I always thought that there were nine days represented [in the film], and Danny Rubin, the writer, said that he felt something like 23 days were represented in the movie, [but they lasted] over 10,000 years."

During the filming, Ramis and Murray, despite their longtime collaboration, had a personal and professional falling out which remained unresolved for more than 10 years."

Midway paid michael buffer 100 million to use his phrase for ready to rumble

This is dope. If this movie ever comes out and people care to see it they'll understand why that country is the poorest country in the western hemisphere.

The image that We all close associate and think of in regards to "Pirates" was created by one man, Walt Disney. Disney created this illusion, which has now turned into "fact", to help hype and romanticize his hit 1950 movie, "Treasure Island and eventually sell merchandise. Like Hollywood's omission of the fact that in the Old West, 1 out of every 3 cowboys was Black, the fact that many of the crews or the pirates themselves were in fact Black as well. Once a slave ship was raided, the newly freed cargo was given the option of either joining up or fending for themselves. Many saw joining a pirate crew as an extension of their continuing freedom while other slaves only wanted to answer to no one and chose to work the ship and fly the skull and crossbones on their own. The two most famous pirates of all time were "Black" Sam Bellamy(called that because of his black hair in a pony tail and his refusal to wear the men's style of the day, a powdered wig) and Blackbeard. Black Sam, although only in business for a year, has gone down in history as the richest pirate of all time. He had a crew of 180 men spread over 3 ships, 27 of which were Blacks, placed in key positions. Sam was known as the "Robin Hood of Pirates" for his proclivity towards sharing his spoils of "victory" with everyone, especially EACH member of his crew. So despised was Sam, that when a storm destroyed his ships and crew including Sam himself, only three survived to which they were immediately brought to trial for their crimes. The two white survivors were hung while the lone Black survivor was given a fate worse than death...he was sold BACK into slavery, to the grandfather of eventual U.S. President, John Quincy Adams. Blackbeard, arguably the most feared and imitated pirate of all time, had a crew of 100 men, 60 of which were Black. I guess these facts were missed by Walt, Jerry Bruckheimer, and Johnny Depp in "Pirate script writing 101" or they didn't read the history book Tarantino read for "D'jango". So when the kids ask you if "Pirates of the Caribbean" is real now you can tell them, "Can't Truss It".

He should launch a KickStarter campaign. I think Spike Lee recently got $$ for a new film of his using that.

those words do not rhyme  either you've been listening to too much

rap music or you forgot what your grade school teacher taught you.

the only way those words would rhyme is if punt was punth, torrent was

torrenge, slither was slilver  , and turtle was turple. or you could be just

joking. in which case...disregard.

"Rhythm" is the longest word in the English vocabulary without a vowel

No word in the English language rhymes with month, orange, silver or purple

Stewardesses is the longest word typed with only the left hand
Sometimes "Y"?

orange, porridge, door hinge

So wait are you saying somebody couldn't type "antidisestablishmentarianism" with only their left hand?

on a QWERTY keyboard, if you type "properly" stewardesses are all located on the left hand side.
