A question for any of the avid runners here. I've run a handful of marathons in the past 3 years and generally by the 20-23rd miles, I start cramping up in my calves, **** can be excruciating. I'm wondering if you have any thoughts on calf-compression sleeves and in what ways have they helped you on your runs.
I'm not a firm believer in all the technology that's popped up for distance runners, considering people have been running since the beginning of history. So before I invest some dollars in a pair, just wanted to hear your reviews, if any.
