It was stupid. I guess the rules say it's gotta be released in your home country before October. And it was released like a week late, and they couldn't move it up so...

Yeah...he's not a great lead actor. He's a movie star. He just picks roles wisely.
He could've been a pretty great character actor, I think. Cuz he's got a sorta manic charisma.

Wolf was good. American Hustle was not. I'm black and I know for a fact most people rejoicing for 12 years winning are doing so just from a racism aspect. Most major news outlets broke the story of this movie winning as "First African American film to win an oscar in 84 years". We don't need Hollywoods validation man. A good movie is a good movie regardless of race and I dont think 12 years was the best last year. Simple.

I just saw Gravity and American Hustle and I thought both were meh. I liked Blue Jasmin more so than those films. Still have to see 12 Year a SLave though.
