Lol word like I understand if people want a starting point so they can just learn the fundamentals but some people have the mindset that if they follow Phil heaths diet and workout they will look like him
9/10 you will achieve an impressive physique if you follow phil's diet and workout to a T (minus the juice of course), im not sayin you will be 260+ of diced muscle, but you will definitely have cuts and mass

although in this case @TMSO's genetics might play a sig role, i know a nice handful of dudes who look like him and dont follow any strict diet whatsoever, just active/athletic dudes
 
Down to 208

20 pounds since February 6.

I went home and ate bad for 3 straight days and still lost a pound from last week.

I'm starting Stronglifts 5 X 5 today. Then I'm either gonna swim or hoop every Tuesday and Thursday.


I stand by stronglift, def gives you impressive strength and physique if you stick with it.
 
Phil Heath doesn't even follow his diet routine lol half these dudes literally make stuff up during interviews.
 
that "going catabolic during sleep" thing is just a myth, no?... everything should be good if you get enough food & sleep.

I remember one dude had the weakest workout ever and was big as fuark. Mad people in the comments section like I cant wait to try this! LOL

because having different types of proteins like that is necessary. stick to whey or a blend and use it to fill in your macros.

im looking to try casein cuz im told ill feel fuller whcih is what im looking for to keep me away from taking in carbs at night...

muscle milk is *** IMO, have asome from costco from like a yr ago lol.
any gainer id put money on tastes and shakes better idk about ingredients honestly off the top

monster mass, always worked when ive need some quick mass/higher caloric intake.

i dont even use protein shakes anymore

Bio Gro was good but wayyyy too messy. I switched to PF3 an I love it. Watch when the pic drops in another month. I'm tight bro

Its crap but you never tried it? Muscle Tech phase 8 is crap. Lucky I'm not new to the gym scene at all and def not new to proteins....quality proteins. I gave these both an open mind an I like it. Great for cutting imo. Was using hydrowhey but now pf3. Bio Gro pissed me off.

Lol phase 8 is trash I typically use isolates such as VPX SRO or just plain ON if I catch a steal. Every review I saw for bio gro said it was a waste of money and PF3 seems similar. I'm asking do you get like 150-200g of protein from food and just take pf3 in addition or what?

3 protein meals a day and 2 servings of pf3 a day

my protein meals are 50 grams

...........losing muscle no, tighter yes

i even threw in cellucor super HD which i started just yesterday (gotta go to bed!)

felt great, the appetite suppression was awesome but it didnt kill it.............1st dose on super hd i was like blah........after my 1pm dose i felt great an warm

like i said youll see my transformation
