Youre being very naive if you think theres a 90% chance youll be cut following phils routine.
what do you have that suggests otherwise?
Science?
Years and years of data?
Steroids?
Genetics?
Time constraints?


What makes you think its even possible?
where are your sources?

what science says you wont be cut and grow with phil's diet?

what years and years of data say that?

of course not everyone has the same genetics, but most of us are going to have the same response to food unless youre allergic

time constraints is a negligible dynamic considering if you dont stick to his diet due to time, than theres no discussion

phil's maintenance cals must be insanely high and even higher when he's on cycle. you can't adopt some bb mutant meal plan unless you're of a comparable build and on the same anabolic regimen. if i ate exact what he eats, i'd get fat, build some nice fatceps and be on the toilet all day.

Im not about to sit here and argue about this because it isnt the purpose of the thread.

What i will say is that if you really believe its as simple as following a pro bodybuilders routine/diet then i cant discuss this with you because its not even a rational premise.

If it were that simple, we wouldnt have this thread or the get in shape thread.

It's mainly genetics guys. My dad is 54, same height and is in almost the same shape I am. He has been and was a firefighter before I was born so that might have a little to do with it.

That Black/Japanese combo though :pimp:

But my diet consists of:

Breakfast:
Five eggs (scrambled)
Two stalks of celery
A bowl of oats
Cinnamon raisin bagel

Mid morning snack:
One serving of Almonds and cashews
A banana
An orange
8 oz of V8

Lunch:

5 oz Salmon
Black beans
Brown rice
Veggies (usually broccoli, carrots, cauliflower or asperagus)

Dinner:

Same as lunch minus the rice and with three scrambled eggs
 
Haven't updated in forever. Body transformation is still so-so. Triceps and shoulders getting bigger. Chest a little bigger. Still trying to work on stomach; I can see some abs, but its just bloated not flat (trying to lean out now).

Strength is definitely coming back to me though. I started doing 135 bench for reps struggling. Now i'm doing 155 for warm ups. Hit 225 yesterday for the first time since high school.
 
Currently just trying to shed some pounds so the cuts on the stomach show more by June. My abs show, but not nearly the way I want them too. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio...Creating that deficit between cardio and eating :smokin

6'3 185-190 Trying to get to 220-225lbs


Need to cut down on the Cannabis and Alcohol.

I wanna make the Ho's drool first when I take off my shirt instead of when I pull out my penis.....
 
Down to 195 from 200 when we started. Definitely just losing fat, starting to see a little visible abs :pimp:

190 is the absolute lowest I'd wanna get to though, being 6'2 I feel like being less then 190 is too skinny.
