Police Brutality Discussion & Solutions...

^ The "reasons" (read: excuses):

- "Heat of the moment"

- Man posed a credible "threat"

- He could've "overpowered" us

I saw that a couple of days ago. That was disturbing.

Why does it take so many trained officers for a old man?

Why didn't they just leave him cuffed on the bench?
That was shameful. There's like 6 cops, 1 old man and they utilize a "chokehold"

These dudes watch too much UFC or what?

Then they leave him there for 4 minutes before they begin CPR.
A black homeowner called 911 to report a carjacking. He wound up getting shot by police.
Not making light of the situation. I can only imagine what a stomach shot feels like. But Dave chappelle put us onto this.

View media item 2144101"my house was broken into, I thought that would be a good time to call the police. Nah uh. This house is too nice, they'll never believe I live there...."

"Sprinkle a lil crack on him Johnson, open and shut case! "

Real life Chappelle skit right here. Dude really got shot at his own house :smh:

All these stories :smh:

This is why I hate when people try to deflect with 'but all cops aren't bad" BS.

Where are all these so called good cops at?

Only time I see them speak out against the bad ones are when the words ex or former is in front of cop.

That has more so to do with mainstream media, ratings and agenda than anything else.

There's like 1.5 million police officers in America. This hardly accounts for even 1% of them being grimey. Not saying the % isn't higher either. Just basing it on news reports.

Yall heard about the cop who was fired for not shooting an unarmed man who was attempting a suicide by cop?

Cleveland paying out $780,000 to a family after a cop attempting to shoot a family dog missed and hit a 6 yr old

Taxpayers are paying out the money. I always said these settlements need to come out the police pension. Hit them in their pockets, and **** will change quick.

This also shows the ignorance and deep hatred these racists have for minorities. Those people will be the first in line to complain about da big bad government and their taxes being too high but at the same time support a broken police system that costs millions of dollars in taxpayer money time and again. Someone should collect statistics on how much money the cities have had to pay out because of police brutality. It would actually benefit them to join the fight against police brutality and the lack of accountability, but either they're too ignorant to realize that or simply too racist.

Exactly! They aren't feeling the hit which is why nothing is being done. Kill a ******, get paid leave, and let the tax payers foot the bill 1 yr later after yall bs the family around claiming it was justified.

"Looks like a bad dude" :smh:

Yo, that had me tight when I heard him say that ****.

His hands were up...

I think he is stating the fact that no matter what we do, how much we comply they will always have a reason to try and justify the killing. Yes, his hands were up but he didn't do it fast enough so we were justified in shooting him. **** like that :smh:

Worst of all, the family has to witness the loved ones last moments on this earth being treated like a damn animal. We got hit with the okie doke, thinking body cams meant something and all police should have. They do a ************* thing, b/c these ********** always find a way around it. How many have malfunctioned, or fallen off during these altercations?

Here in Oklahoma, they are also allowed to bring their own guns/rifles from home to use on the job.
