Really glad that this dude was found innocent and can go back to his life while these scum have to pay for their actions.
I just hate the fact that if this can happen and by luck of video cameras that one man/success story can be found, imagine those who can't find the same luck/evidence to vindicate them.

Glad to see that justice is being served in this case... just makes you wonder how many times this happens without justice being served... These cops should lose their badges and serve time in jail themselves

I Am ******* sick of this happening in the past three days i have saw videos of cops beating and harassing INNOCENT black men and it's really sticking with me throughout the day. These guys can and will kill someone and if not for video wouldn't be arrested

Absolutely disgusting that he would be sitting behind bars if not for the video.
All cops should be forced to have Dash cams / audio recorders so that both the cops & citizens are unable to lie about how things like this transgressed.

Two Brooklyn cops sideswiped a parked SUV, then arrested a man sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle, accusing him of damaging their car, a suit charges.
Jackson was arrested for destruction of city property, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, the suit states.
And the officers would have gotten away with their lie — had the whole bizarre drama not been caught by a security camera.
The two cops checked the block for surveillance cameras before arresting him for destruction of city property, according to the lawsuit filed by Jackson in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
“When they thought no cameras were on. I saw their gloves go on, and that’s when I was arrested,” Jackson said.

I can kinda get the cops who crashed the car trying to blame someone else but Why would a cop start accusing the man of assault and evading arrest. What does he get out of that?

So the cops in the first video are going to get off since they're saying that it was the bloomfield NJ PD that goofed in not letting them get the tape?
While there are so good cops the majority I've run into were ego and taking their power to the head extreme
In the first video the cop that was repeatedly hitting the guy in the head was he the bald white dude or the spanish dude Orlando Trinidad?
You guys want to know what the worst part of all of this is?
The NYC Police Union is officially the new mafia along with the Port Authority.
The money hungriness of these two organizations is unmatched.
Although cops get fired most of the time they are allowed to keep their benefits and most importantly their pensions.
Can you imagine that they keep receiving a paycheck after messing up and doing nonsense like they do.
