Cant even imagine the type of contract Cespedes could get, but at this point i can only think about each series going forward, i hope they make the playoffs, it's been too long, and they have just a good a chance as any team if they do.
 
Probably looking at 20/yr at the minimum. Baseball contracts :smh:. It'll likely be his fifth team in five years.
 
Sweep the nationals and its prolly the final nail in their coffin...

Never thought we would be at the point where I have more faith in the bats than the arms but I think we're there.

these are the types of comebacks that happens TO us.  feels great!

Give it up for TC using Kirk to PH.  Looks like he had no other lefty bat available, but still!

i will oh snaps the wilpons if they re sign cespedes.

i'm not serious, but pay that man.     huge statement made after the minor letdown in miami.  the nats looked like a totally different team once they stopped playing atlanta.   i want to see at least 3 out of 4 in atlanta followed by a sweep at home against miami. 

i like where they're current at, but 07 still haunts me.  beat up on these bum teams and extend the lead.

07 is a scar that will not go away until we clinch but I get more hyped every day. This team won't allow themselves to fail. They are the hungry ones just like the Phillies were in 2007.
