They ARE paying him...$3.7M for remainder of season.  ROI is prob like x10^5.  He paid for his own salary at this point. so just give him a damn contract at the end of the season and watch the money pile up!

the fact he doesn't draw walks is the major drawback down the line because he's vulnerable to slumps and ineffectiveness if he ever loses bat speed or suffers any kind of injury that saps his strength. however, i take the chance and make him a legitimate offer and just deal with the repercussions down the line. wouldnt go over 5 years though.

I tried not to think about off-season.

So let's start with first step. Win every series until postseasons as much as we can.

That Game 7 man, the range of emotions. Being in the building, seeing Endy Chavez make that catch and the upper deck shaking above me. Then the bullpen blowing it. We need to take advantage of this year.
 
and at the bottom half of that inning they had the bases loaded with one out, and Valentine had an embarrassing at bat. That series was on the offense.

Tomm a lot of starters should get some rest hopefully.

I think so, we are getting every break that usually goes against us this time of year. When they upheld that tag as an out at 2nd, that was another example. F it, we'll take it. Cespedes for the rest of us

At this point they're just playing for home field advantage vs LA, would be big to have that first series with four games at home, you can go degrom and Thor 1-2 at home, and save Harvey for game 3,Colon 4
