I still can't believe that happened last night.

Gotham needs a hero and it is up to the Dark Knight to save it.

It was hard watching the end of game 4 at Citi Field. The Mets are giving the Royals the championship, if they keep playing like last night.

If Harvey can pitch a low scoring game, pitch into the 8th, the bats can score more than 4 runs and the team plays good defense, they'll have a shot to win tonight's game. If they win tonight, deGrom has to try and follow suit.

I believe the Mets can take the next 3 games if they play the best baseball they can, with minimal mistakes.

If anyone is looking for game 5 tickets, they are being sold around face value on sites like Stubhub and should be going down close to game time. I would go, but I can't call out of work tomorrow.
 
i watched the cardinals celebrate in our house in 06, i'll never, ever put myself in that position again (unless it's a game 7), no matter the cost of the tickets.

They had too many chances, led in every game, the shaky infield defense was challenged by the Royals speed and it got to them.

Royals just deserve it, congratulations to them.

Hopefully this is just a learning experience for the Mets young players
 
Hat tip to the Royals. They were the better team.

Mets have to learn from their mistakes for next season.

The future is really bright for the Mets, but they really need two bats that can put the ball in play, consistently.
