Found a ds pair of the 05' grey toes for 255 shipped i wanna cop cuz me personally i like that version better but that bleeding tho smh not tryna drop that cash for a shoe n its bleedin ..man idk ..gimme a sign sneakergods lol

We all knew the 200$ price tag was coming. we've talked about it a number of times here. I've heard all the arguments, so before anyone tries to accuse me of complaining about it when I'm only trying to make a point, hear me out......

What if you went to buy a  2014 Camaro, and at the dealership they had an old @** 1987 IROC-Z  that had a much higher (or the same price tag) as their new performance vehicle? That's basically saying our new product isn't that great". That's what they're [Nike/JB] doing here. They're charging more $$$ for old outdated models/technology based on the demand/popularity of it. That makes since for them. Charge whatever those sheep will pay (no offense. I'm included, I still buy these shoes). That's just good business, but it doesn't look all that good for new releases.

According to some sources, the Air Jordan 13 is expected to make a big return this 2014 Holiday season. One of those upcoming Air Jordan 13 releases is expected to be a brand new “He Got Game” pair with a bit of a twist to them. No other release information is present yet, but let us know what model you’ll like to see drop this upcoming Holiday season in the comments.

Man I wish the 3m Infrareds were a flat matte grey and not reflective like on the Baron 9's-Pass

The white traction pods on the Black/Red are horrid- still an easy grab

The Barons/RiverWalk/Teal have that hologram color change or whatever-on the fence/will grab if I can walk in FCFS

The Grey toes- easy grab

I just feel like...

A XIII that is mostly made of 3M?

Meanwhile, we can't get 3M on Bred XIII's nor the most recent Flint XIII's?? That makes no sense.

As far as these 4 colorways go...I like the new grey toe joints...other than that, none of these XIII's are Mikes that if I were to skip on them, they would haunt me down the road. I don't have the Green Glow IV's. I thought it was a decent colorway, but I didn't buy them for whatever reason. Months later, I don't feel like i need to go back and get them...They're like an "oh well" retro to me (if that makes any sense).

I dont know...the best word that I can think of to describe these XIII's is "uninspired". And to give some perspective, my 5 favorite Jordan models (in no particular order) are the VI, VII, VIII, XII, XIII. It takes a lot for me to pass on a XIII, but I don't see myself getting up to grab any of these.
 
3M is a slap in the face...What's even more not only are they justifying that as "premium" but that's the only XIII release this year that has the suede on the midsole...

So without saying it directly JB is classifying those design features as justification of the higher price point that the "premium" label carries...

That and I wish the toe box was black. Way too much reflective going on for me.
 
^ same here about the toe, i may have been tempted to pickup if it weren't for the whole shoe to be 3m. It's difficult for me to pass on any xiii's but the reflective material is a bit od for me on the baron c/w. The grey toes/tongues are nice, but was never much of a fan of the og grey toes, will be a rd decision for me. The only definite is the red pods because i missed or passed on previous black leather upper xiii's.

THIS! also wheats are 1000x better than all these 2014 releases. 13's have always been my fav but these new cws are very disappointing. Not to mention the quality is **** which we already know. Grey toes are decent but jb ****** them up too
