The infrared on the sole almost looks like it glows there. I woulda bought them if they looked like that, but it's basically the black toe 13's with black pods and silver 3M panels. I'll make due with the OG colorway. 
 
Are the grey toe's releasing this year suppose to look like that sample from a few years back? looks diff from the 2005 grey toe

 advice and try WD-40. If that doesn't work, I'm returning them.

Did it work kdye43 kdye43 using wd-40 on that stain? Mine has the same glue spot near the toebox, can you update us on how the thing worked out on you fam?

|I Thanks for the heads up fam. I really do love these retro+ but when JB is getting lazy with quality control **** is just unacceptable!!! :smh:
 
3M toe id the reason I passed on these. I told my self and sum friends from around that I wish the toe box was also Black.

Look waaaaaay betterrrrr!.....
 
These shoes are NUTS.

When some light gets on them, they look 3D. I bought these on a whim because 13's are my favs. If I didn't like them, I would have returned them.

Keeping them is a no brainer. Ain't going to lie, the silver is kinda ehhhhh until some light gets on them. And IDK about other people, but my pair was flawless out the box.

IMO they are way better quality than my retro bred 13's. I was very disappointed in those, barley even wear them :smh:

Cant wait to wear these tomorrow :smokin

yup. that's what I meant by the colorblocking sucks on these. doesn't suit the model the way they ended up doing it. looks a lot better with the black toe but I still don't like the straight 3m sections

And nobody wanted the BlackToes?
Because that's the only difference on how many is left of the BlackToes compared to these.

The release# was the close to the same(neither were a GR) but the amount of interested buyers was different, that's it.

well now im confused, i said the 14s were a general release not the 13s, so are we on the same page or nah?

so ur assuming that site has legit info? where's their proof? its just sum random numbers on there.

and i don't know how to show you now but it's very simple. if you look at launch locators on all the major stores the 14s were waaaaay more of a gr than the 13s.

and just fyi, cpl footlockers around me only get gr jordans they both had 14s in abundance while they didn't get the 13s. the few stores that did had one size run to two at most.

g money 87 g money 87 No we aren't on the same page exactly, I'm saying neither of them were a GR(14 or 13).
I know it's easy to say that certain stores only get GR and etc etc but that's not true.
Some stores just don't get certain releases, period. Like I think it was FNL that didn't get the Ferrari(only one example, they don't get a lot here) but FTA did. FTA doesn't get a lot of releases that FNL or HOH do.
It seems that HOH tends to get Every drop while some are split between. Champs FNL FTA Hibbetts based on a # of factors, location, store sales etc.

The vampire guy pointed out that the site is wrong based off his own assumption or experience of the Cigar being harder or seeming more limited than the Ferrari.

People (myself included) tend to make general assumptions sometimes based solely off their own personal experience.

Back to the 14 vs 13, the 14 seemed way more available, so you assume more pairs were made when In actuality that isn't true,

***Let's use this for example so it makes sense.
If you have 100 pair of 14 but 1500 customers
And you have 100 pair of 13 but 5000 customers:
Now which is going to be easier to get?***

And for the record, that isn't my site, Ive no affiliation to it, I've spoke to the guy who is the owner and he and the guys that put it together are more than sneaker fans, they didn't make this info up, they've access to it.

When I last spoke to him it was still in Beta, but it was updated at that point accurately, again this is the best info I've on the number being released, everything else is just people talking with nothing to show other than "everyone knows" or "clearly you can tell it was GR based on how easy it was to get"

GR represents a number and has nothing to do with availablilty, the demand on a particular shoe affects the availability but it will never change the formula of GR= #?

I tried to make that post a short as possible and still get my point in.

But like I said, I have no loyalty or reason to promote this site or any other person.

If you don't believe in it don't use it, simple.
But don't act like your info is golden and his is crap, but be unwilling to share your "good" info or provide proof to back up your assertions.

This forum at some point still has to be about sharing knowledge, it's up to you to believe doubt or share info you have.
But my intent is never to mislead or promote(I have may own business for that) only to share
